1. UNPLUG You might not feel like its affecting you by, consuming negative information about the pandemic all day can have a serious effect on your mental health. It is ok to unplug and take care of yourself. And I mean unplug from listening information about it on our tv, Instagram, messaging with your friends about it, listening to radio about it. It’s way too much for us. Give your time at least one hour away from your phone or anything that will bring you to the information. Maybe you will go for a walk, or read your book, listen to a proctive podcast or even listen to audio books from amazon. For me ,i have being taking many classes on skillshares because i want to better my self with photographin skills ,editing my videos as i want to start a new channel on you tube call ALL ABOUT CATHERINE MELANIN.
