Julia Anne was a leader in the YWCA supper club, in Columbia, MO back in 1942. This supper club was the tinder of the day — a space for selecting a future partner through proximity rather than swipes. All the cute boys, the jocks, the Ag boys, the nerds ate at this supper club.

Chryst, Ph.D. A million years ago, give or take, giant beasts standing 10–12 feet tall with shaggy hair and massive curved tusks lumbered about what is now the North America Great Plains. Scientists have determined that there were two types of mammoths roaming North America, the Columbian and the Woolly Mammoths. This animal of the family Mammuthus — commonly called mammoths — was a close relative of the modern elephant.

Have You Ever Gone Word Blind?
Make the assignment fit me In the mid-1970s I was enrolled in a “Modern American History” class at George Mason University in Northern Virginia. This class was from The Civil War ( oh that’s what it’s suppose to be called) to 1970s. As a Virginian raised in the 1960s all we knew of history was Virginia history from 1600s to 1860s — as if nothing ever happened after the Northern Aggression was over.

Can Shorter Showers Really Make a Difference? Sure!
Where it all begins is debatable Cooperstown, NY is known as the home of the baseball hall of fame. But what is little known and perhaps far more important is that the Cooperstown’s area is where you find the origins of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. This massive water shed in centered around the Susquehanna River. The river is named after the Susquehannock or Susquehanna people. Susquehanna means people of the muddy river.
