Summary:

Ali, everyone around him told him that success in life came through following a set path: matric first, then you can be super at intermediate, then I’ll approach the university from the opposite side. It was the idea of progressing through education as something that comes on a silver platter that was embedded in Ali's mind, making him think he could do whatever he wanted effortlessly.

Yet, with each subsequent academic hurdle, Alie discovered that the path ahead would not only be full of challenges but also not be easily pliable. He suffered a lot in the complexity of the matriculation, hardly at considerable points to pass. He believed that the intermediate level was even more demanding than the lower one as it was much more instructional and highly competitive. Despite that he still sticks to the idea that once he leaves high school, everything will be okay.

When Ali reached the university, the truth hit him in an unforgiving manner. Instead of the things of which he expected the university to consist, university life was tough and full of pressure. He discovered a difficult situation occurred which he had to bear with the speed of his courses. With every grade worse and the worry just increased, Ali realized that what he had been so far made to believe in was perhaps not valid.

Despite all his resistance and struggle, Ali eventually succeeded in graduating from university. On the contrary, the quest taught him an important lesson. He figured out that the triumph of life does not depend upon an individual's blindly following a fixed course. On the other hand, it demanded personal commitment, resilience, and preparedness to face difficulties.

Morale:

The fact of Ali is that it is difficult to see the deception that hung over society's standards as he gets more excellent grades and get into a good college. It points out the necessity of both application and perseverance if one wants to be successful, correcting the notion of a straight road to success.
