It was 10:00 am on Monday, when Ali got his matriculation result. Ali was a 17 year old young teen full of courage. He was second child of his family and his parents have many expectations with him. As the result was declared he and his family became joyful as he had got 1065 marks. He was so happy that his dream to get admission in the Government College University seemed to became true.

Government College University, Lahore was established in 1864 by British colonial government as public university.The founding of the university was attributed to several British individuals, including the then-Governor of Punjab, Sir Robert Montgomery.Government College University Lahore is located in the heart of Lahore, which is considered the cultural capital of Pakistan. The campus has a rich history and is known for its distinctive red-brick colonial architecture, which gives it a unique and charming look. The main building of the university has a magnificent structure with a clock tower that dominates the skyline of Lahore.The campus is lush green, with a variety of trees and plants, providing a refreshing and tranquil environment. The vast grounds of the university have several gardens and lawns, which are meticulously maintained and add to the beauty of the campus. The university also has a lake within its premises, which is a popular spot for students and visitors to relax and enjoy the scenic views.

Government College University

He wanted to get his admission in the Government College due to its enriched history. Many famous writer and poets and also the social activist during the freedom movement in the British colonized India.

As the merit of Government College University is very high, he had got above the merit marks. Ali along with his father went to college to get the admission form of the college.When he got entrance to the college, he asked a person to where he can get the admission form. The person advised him to go to the inquiry office which is just next to main entrance gate of the college. He got his form and went home where he filled the form and submitted to the college before the due date.

It was Monday when the new batch arrived but Ali was late. On arriving he didn't know where is his class. So he asked a student, who tell him go to the corner room on the ground floor of the New Block. He follow the advised and went toward the suggested way. On achieving his destination he found that it was actually washroom not the classroom and he realized that he was actually ragged by his senior. He went back and asked another student to help him to find his class but this time he was again ragged by senior students who send him to the Dean office. The dean wig him that why he was not in his class. He found by the dean that his class is on the second floor in the room number 101. As he went to class he found that the first lecture was over and the second lecture was in the room number 97. All the students are waiting for their professor to arrive. Suddenly, the lights went off, and the room was plunged into darkness. The freshmen were confused and scared, not knowing what was happening. After a few moments of silence, a loud fart echoed through the room, followed by peals of laughter. It turned out that one of the freshmen had brought a whoopee cushion and placed it on one of the chairs before the class started. The prank had caught the other students off guard, and they couldn't help but laugh at the unexpected noise in the dark. The lights came back on, and the professor walked in, looking confused at the commotion. The freshmen tried to contain their laughter and act normal, but they couldn't help but exchange giggles and whispers throughout the lecture. The prank set the tone for a fun and lighthearted atmosphere in the class, and the freshmen quickly bonded over the shared experience. Through this prank, Ali also got interaction with the students. After a stressful day in the College, the day was over but the adventure to learn and discover the history and the love for the Government College University of the famous poets and writer was just going to start.
