Switching Schools
I have always been brilliant. I have also struggled to learn effectively, though. After grade school, I could improve my grades and succeed in my work. I had been sent to a small Christian school, and I was doing very well. Learning became more manageable, and I became comfortable with my classmates. Also, I had the best grades in my grade level.

The Assassin
The job was done as she slipped by the blue lights, racing. The crowds were screaming as the man fell in the street. Despite her red raincoat, the crime went unnoticed for at least fourteen minutes. His limp body lay in the alley. She was paid to do her job, and life was nothing to her. Terror ran through the streets as the scene was becoming more populated. She confidently walked right by them all. Chaos was her game while everyone suspected a man. The world was a less peaceful place when she let loose her fury.

Beware of Repetaplans
Does it ever feel like that there is that one person who looks busy? Generally, they do the same thing as if they are doing something but wasting time. I noticed this with one of the bosses in my company, who rearranged a specific area several times to show some "relevancy." This person was just too lazy to come up with some real improvements instead. So, I named it repetaplan, for repetitive actions only to avoid doing any real work. Even children will do useless activities not to look bored or to be asked to do something more tedious. It is curious to watch a person go out of their way to avoid the actual work or responsibilities of their job. I am sure this is in every workplace and home across the nation. There are hard workers, and there are those trying to avoid it all together to make themselves look better. It is best to call them out and expose them, but the buddy systems keep them in control. When too many repetaplan types are in a business, it will eventually suffer due to the need for more effort to address real problems. These plans have similar patterns, and if you know what you are looking for in the action. They could be called out for laziness. The intention is not to be productive but to avoid more work. Please watch out for such games being played.

The Sweetest of Memories
My family had an older lady in town that we cared for; she treated us as her family. Her name was Grandma T to us children. She had lost her only child and husband years before. She was among the most extraordinary people I have ever met. She was Scottish and born there. After her mother's death, she had come over with her father as a child. Since my blood grandparents were several states away, we generally celebrated with her on holidays. So, she had been taught the classic Scottish dishes and made plenty of them throughout the year. Nothing was more important than her recipe for shortbread straight out of Scotland.

Through the Wall
The cold, damp passageway was the fastest way through to the rooms without alerting the Royals of their presence. The castle was their pride, and how dare someone as lowly as they enter the room. The mere servant was not worth their time, and impossible tasks were always getting the work done. The hustle through the walls was the route, as the kitchen was just a short distance away.
