We Should Be Able To See What Is Happening When We Raise A Ticket

Introduction

When we raise a ticket with Vocal we sometimes ( not always) get a Zendesk email, that we have raise a ticket. There is a number, and I have managed to find a link in the past but am unable to find one at the moment.

What Would Be Beneficial To Vocal Creators

If we could go to the ticket we have raised and see what is happening and add any information that may help solve our problem.

I wanted to raise a ticket about the fact I cannot connect to Stripe to request a withdrawl, though I have the blue validated tick and have been with Vocal and Stripe for five years.

Then I decided to click support at the bottom of the page and got this

I know this is part of Vocal's ongoing issues which they are working hard to resolve, but I do think that we should be able to track our tickets in the system.

At the moment they seem to go into a black hole and it seems pot luck if anything gets done.

Conclusion

At the moment we may get the Zendesk message, but can then only follow up by email, which seldom results in a response.

The ability to track our tickets would be a wonderful enhancement to the Vocal experience.

The music is "Five Years" by David Bowie because of how long I have been on Vocal with Stripe, but there are a lot of feeling in that song that Vocal have caused in me and others.
