Vocal Stats Crashing

Introduction

I hoped this was just a temporary glitch, but it is still going onand getting worse.

A day on this is now working for me (though there are many outstanding tickets still)

A number of my top-end stats pages are now crashing, pages 4 to 6.

I raised a ticket with Vocal, but I doubt they will do anything but close the ticket. Anything complicated, they seem to pretend it's not an issue.

I have four tickets outstanding that they have ignored, and now this.

Pretending It's Not A Problem Does Not Make It Go Away

In this piece, Justin admits they just close the tickets. It's way down in the comments, but here is the screenshot.

I emailed him, but never received a response from anyone

Conclusion

I know this doesn't affect you, but the system seems to be getting worse.

I was thinking maybe the new editor would sort things, but it is three months since that was announced
