Three Directions In One Description

Introduction

This Seven Days In post has the title "Peru - Three Directions In One Description" and I have decided to use that concept for this piece though not about Peru.

The music is "Amerita / Sense of Direction" by The Climax Blues Band

Three Directions In One Description

Why isn't there one way? You look for the way, and it's either left, right or up, never down. East, West or North, never South. I want to make a single choice, but I don't know where the three I'm given will lead me. In, Out, Here, but never There.

And what about the directions that I can't take? Down, South and There.

I am not lost, but I don't know where I am or where I am going.

Directions, we use them every day in everything we do. Going forward, looking back, or staying where you are. That is three choices; I don't know if there is an alternative here.

Are Full, Half Full and Empty the only options? Is there a fourth?

Moonlight, Sunlight, Dusk, but never Dawn.

These choices swirl in my mind, and soon I will descend into that maelstrom called madness....
