Eavesdropping Sleepy Mission (Unofficial) Challenge Winners
First, off let me apologize for making you wait. I know I'm a day late, and I posted two stories before this one today, but let me explain: I got called into work last night, and also, I am weirdly particular about the layout of my profile. I like it to go in a certain order when possible (unless there's a series involved.)

One Of Those Days
Introduction Many days I will wake up and have many subjects to write about. I try not to repeat myself and I also am wary of publishing poems one after another. When we work at our day jobs we have no choice but to go to work, deliver what needs delivering and put in the hours.

The Brilliant Mind of a Vocal Creator
I became a content creator on Vocal in March 2018 and celebrated five years of being on this amazing platform. Since joining Vocal, I've had one story featured as a Top Story (August 2023) and a plethora of tips, which I appreciate very much. 2018 wasn't a great year for me personally, as I was homeless, jobless, and going through other personal issues. During those dark times, I was at my local library and all of a sudden, I ran into a site, which would later be Vocal. When I was in grade school, I loved writing my thoughts in notebooks. As I've stated in previous stories, my household and part of my childhood was hostile, abusive, and toxic. Decades later, writing gave me an opportunity to let my imagination fly, but at the same time, sharing my thoughts with everyone online. There is no age limit on being creative. During those aforementioned darker times, writing gave me an outlet to formulate on topics that matter to me and inform others on. Every year on October 20 is the National Day on Writing, celebrating writing in all forms. According to numerous online sources, there are positive benefits of jotting down your reflections on either pen and paper or digitally. These pick-me-ups such as helping you become more creative, improving as a writer, learning more about yourself, reducing stress, and building up your confidence.

House of the Dragon Season 2 Release Date Confirmed for June what? . Content Warning.
House of the Dragon Season 2's release date is set for June 2024 on HBO, Warner Bros. Discovery streaming and gaming boss J.B. Perrette has confirmed. The updated release date, which was revealed during an interview at Morgan Stanley's Technology, Media and Telecom conference, further narrows the window for the show's expected debut previously announced to be in "early summer." The news was first revealed by Variety. Perrette's confirmation puts House of the Dragon Season 2 somewhat closer than Matt Smith's original prediction, which was around August. The second season of the Game of Thrones prequel has been hotly-anticipated ever since the first season wrapped back in 2022. Whenever it does debut, House of the Dragon Season 2 will pick up the story of Fire and Blood, which explores the history of the Taragaryen Kings in the years before Game of Thrones. Based on the events of the book it figures to kick the action into high gear with dragon battles, assassins, and the introduction of several new characters. George R.R. Martin apparently saw the first two episodes of Season 2, which he teased as "very dark." Season 2 will also be shorter than the first, with eight episodes compared to 10 for the first season. It's ultimately expected to span four or more seasons. Of course, I am hardly objective when talking about anything based on my own work… but I have to say, I thought both episodes were just great. (And they are not even finished yet)," Martin wrote. "Dark, mind you. Very dark. They may make you cry. (I did not cry myself, but one of my friends did). Powerful, emotional, gut-wrenching, heart rending. Just the sort of thing I like." Stay tuned for lots more info as House of the Dragon Season 2's June release date approaches, and be sure to check our our full guide to the Game of Thrones books as well as the rest of the biggest shows arriving in 2024.
