When Fans Become Writers: The World of Fanfiction
A story does not always end on the final page of a book. For many fans, it continues in their imagination. Every day, thousands of writers publish stories that use characters, settings, or worlds from existing books, movies, television shows, or video games. These stories explore alternate endings, new adventures, or different perspectives of familiar characters. Online platforms such as Wattpad and Archive of Our Own allow writers to share their work with global communities of readers while receiving immediate feedback that helps them develop their skills. Yet as it continues to grow, it also raises questions about originality and ownership boundaries.

Catching Up
It's getting late here and I spent pretty much the whole day reading stories, poems and articles here on Vocal. Now I am pretty much caught up on my notifications from the past few weeks when I was reading many books that I will be sharing with you all. There are some academic books and a lot of Nora Roberts novels that I have read and even re-read for to me they were worth a second read. The novels and even the academic books were to me quite enjoyable. To me it's a good thing that I was or maybe still am a teacher at heart and want to share what I have learned from all of these various authors. In the future I am planning to re-read many novels that I had to read in my graduate school programs which was dealing with teaching and children's literature, as well as the academic textbooks were quite informative and can't wait to share them here for you all to read.

To Build A Poem
Introduction This was kicked off by some friends' opinions on poetic forms. Some detest rhyme and regular rhythm, while I am the opposite, although I do appreciate free-form poetry. Anything can be poetry, you just have to say that it is a poem. This article could be defined as a poem. It has no rhyme, rhythm, or, some might say, reason.
