The girl who mattered most
Danielle was the girl who mattered most in my life. Her work of true love stories and tragedies inspired me to become a writer. I loved her work, and continue to love it until this day. She has inspired so many people, hundreds of people, to believe true love truly existed through her poetry. While she concentrated on true love, she also wrote about heartbreak and tragedy.

Sweet and Sour Defeat
Stories told of great men and women are like fairy tales wrapped in the petals of a morning flower. When the flower blossoms, hope grows. A child is inspired, and almost everyone understands: A greatness to be, has been. Yet, nothing is ever told as it was. No one's life is ever explained in its entirety. The doubt, the hate, the hunger, and the loneliness are skipped like they never belonged to great people, as though they corrupt the hope of greatness.

The ghost who wrote in knives: . Runner-Up in The Posthumous Author Challenge. Top Story - July 2026.
She was a poet first. Everything else came afterwards. Mother. Teacher. Patron saint of everything “basic bitch” aesthetics. A hint of the typical Cancer architect — even if she states that she “didn’t actually believe that shit.” (She totally did, in fact.) Consistently, she would be looking up the soulmate signs, find relief that a Pisces was still the main contender, and be thrilled that she didn’t marry him in vain.

The Moment I Couldn’t Answer
I did not notice when it started. It just became normal for me to be the one who handled things. If someone needed help, I helped. If something broke, I fixed it. If people were stressed, I absorbed it. Over time, that became my role. People came to expect it, and I trained them to.

The Passing of a Charlatan
Julie Lacksonen died at the age of 94 on October 15, 2058, the day after her birthday, ten years ago. To put it bluntly, what Julie lacked in talent she made up for with stupid, blind luck - well, posthumously. What was a retired music teacher doing dabbling with the written word anyways?

Fame Come Lately. Honorable Mention in The Posthumous Author Challenge.
It is the great tragedy of the arts that the majority of creatives do not receive recognition in their lifetime. The Author known to the world as Natasja Rose, amid widespread debate over whether that was her actual name or a pseudonym (She herself was frequently quoted as finding the debate amusing, and refusing to confirm or deny on those grounds) became a household name some years after her death. While we will never know what Natasja Rose herself thinks of this, her surviving loved ones viewed the phenomenon with varying degrees of pride and annoyance. "We knew how creative she was," stated a friend who asked that their name be withheld. "The trouble was getting everyone else to see it, too."

The Stewart Paradox
"I always try to be sincere. That I actually do put effort into the madness. That I want to connect with people and every time someone says "that resonates" or "howthefuckdidyoucomeupwiththat," it makes me feel a bit warm. I dunno...yeah. That I care. " — Paul Stewart, Center Stage with Paul Stewart: A Creators in the Limelight Series, Heather Hubler (2023)
