Silence Is Not An Acceptable Response

I Thought Things Were Improving

I am the one who shouts the loudest about Vocal issues, but I thought things were mproving when a Zoom call with Justin and another Vocal guy resulted in me getting my situation sorted, but since then, while my account has been fine, we have lost the ability to unsubscribe from effective spammers. We subscribe to new Creators to encourage and help them, but wne they start flooding our notifications with AI spam, we need to be able to disconnect.

The ability to raise a support ticket has been removed, replced by five year old help articles. This is not acceptable.

We can email [email protected] and [email protected] though this one was sent on 3rd July 2026 and still has not been responded to

Conclusion

We are coming up to three months since the upgrade, and we know that people are choosing Top Stories from their favourite authors and awarding challenge placements, so people have not disappeared.

We need the issues fixed, all users to have access to their accounts and the ability to raise tickets for issues.

Hopefully someone a Vocal will see this and address the issues that we are having.

As I say my account is working fine apart from the missing ambassador payments and four dollars in tips.

I also got my first Top Story in three months as well.
