My first writing

My first time writing with a hope of payment or earning reads was on a website much like this called helium. You wrote for different subjects, earned from read and entered competitions. From this site I did a few writing jobs for various websites and personal hires. At the time I was happy to earn enough to pay for the monthly internet bill.

As I had wanted to write but wasn't sure how I read up on tips and hints. One was to write about what you know, it makes sense as makes the process simpler. So my first things written was for the health and education part of the helium site, from there not only could you earn from reads but companies can buy the work from you.

Both my children are disabled, both are autistic with a number of other conditions and symptoms so I wrote about that. Tips on education, health, relationships and parent hood relating to disability. This helped get some reads and a few pence earned from reading numbers. It helped to know something about the subject , also any research that was needed was also of benefit for me.

I went on to write pieces for the site on anything that seemed interesting, any subject. This was good for me as again I had to do some research and learn new things or more about things I already knew. Hopefully if my writing was any good maybe others learned a bit.

For the private hire I was in contact with a go between. She accepted work requests and then hired writers like me to do the work. Most of mine was for various websites , Having to write multiple versions of the same information. This was used in the websites and in advertising.

The subjects varied from acid etching concrete drive ways to porn sites. There was also a glamour site for famous women, tattoo for chests and tribal tattoo designs. Everyone starts somewhere and this is where I started, many moons ago.
