Just Some More Numbers

Introduction

These are just a few thoughts on how much I read, heart and comment on other Vocal Creators' stories and whether I do enough.

But is this enough?

This Is What My Numbers Tell Me

I have liked and commented on nearly twenty thousand Vocal stories (although the comments only started when Vocal implemented that feature) but I will be close to that number.

I have published nearly four thousand Vocal stories, so that means for every Vocal story I have published I have read and commented on five other stories, which I think sounds inadequate; it certainly is nowhere near the eight a day I try to do.

Then take into account the eighty-six thousand reads that others have given me. That means for every read I give, four stories of mine are read by others. I know they are not all Vocal Creators, but it still makes me feel I am not giving enough support to others.

I know some of my stories have thousands of reads and others have none so that probably skews the statistics, and as someone once said:

"There are Lies, Damned Lies, And Statistics"

Someone, Not Me

So maybe I am reading too much into these numbers.
