Is Anybody Reading Our Vocal Stories Or Do They Just Like The Pictures?

Introduction

Three months ago I saw and amazing photograph of a hill close to where I holiday, shared it in a residents group and it got a lot of likes and a few comments on Facebook. This was the poem:

And this was the result:

The music is "The Night Watch" by King Crimson, one of my favourite songs about a painting, in this case the 1642 painting by Rembrandt van Rijn.

So How Do We Know If People Have Read?

Vocal give us an overal figure, and there is our personal stats list but that is faulty and Vocal refuse to acknowledge it. This is a twelve month old piece that refers to a four year old piece so that's how long the situation has been outstanding.

I have never been able to find that story in my stats, but would love to know if it had resulted in that many reads, but I doubt it.

If Vocal could give us a personal read count on our individual stories that would be a very useful workaround.

Remember the only way we know a Vocal Creator has read our story is if they leave a comment. Sometimes you may notice they have left a heart but that is not something that I notice often, and a heart does not necessarily mean a read.

I have just checked my stats from page 50 (45 reads) to 14 (80 reads) and it is nowhere to be seen, though if it is there the entry has been overwritten. This is why an individual story read count would be useful.
