How I Use My Benable Profile to Showcase My Vocal Stories

There's no denying, life is hard, and if you know what I know, you'll be smart enough to take advice from those who have gone before us, and people who have walked in our shoes (or at least traveled the same path).

This philosophy is the reason I feel so comfortable sharing stories and personal essays, as a way of helping other people learn and possibly benefit from my own experiences and life challenges.

And trust me, I've had a whole bunch of them!

In fact, just recently, I decided to create a list of stories for my newest Benable profile, devoted exclusively to products, resources, and personal recommendations, about writing and earning money online.

I call this latest profile: "Goode On the Grind"

The name of the particular list containing links to various obstacles I've encountered and overcome in life is called:

The titles of themed stories that I share in the relatively short Benable list, are actually available here on the Vocal platform, just waiting for more readers to visit and enjoy.

Final Thoughts

As a writer striving to gain visibility on the Vocal platform, I think it makes total sense to take advantage of any opportunity to help promote my stories, including outside the Vocal community.

Some of my fellow writers here, may also have their own Benable profiles, where they attempt to generate a side income from listing and recommending products.

However, most writers, affiliate marketers and content creators who list on Benable, tend to think exclusively about tangible items and digital products to promote in their listings. This is a big mistake.

Oddly enough, I received an email from the Benable team, that helped to confirm my strategy about promoting stories instead of products only.

Notice this passage from the email they sent

"... Adding a few super high quality lists that aren’t just product-focused can really help people discover you. As a reminder, you can add all types of recommendations to Benable, not just products: places, services, resources, videos, apps, etc."

If that's not a good enough reason to take my advice about listing Vocal stories on Benable, I don't know what is.

During the 5-year period I spent writing more than 2,000 stories on the Medium platform, I became known to fellow writers and content creators as someone to be trusted and relied on for valuable tips, advice, and transparent details, mostly about writing strategies and generating more earnings.
