Can Any Vocal Creator Who Cannot Get Verified Leave A Comment On This Piece?

Introduction

Every link on my Vocal profile fails. It has been like this for three weeks. I have been a verified Vocal and Stripe member for five years, but Vocal have now stopped my connection to Stripe, so I cannot request a withdrawal or get tips that other creators send me. When you think about it, this is theft.

Why I Am Doing This

Vocal is refusing to engage with us on this. If people leave a comment, we will have some indication of how widespread the issue is, and if enough people comment, then we may get noticed on the leaderboard.

Even if you are verified, still leave a comment to let us know.

My free account has no issue; it's my V+ account that is the issue.

Please let us know if you're unable to get verified or if you support those who are trying to get verified.

Just to say, they have identified my problem as every time I try to verify, it creates a new Stripe account, which fails because I already have a verified account. I have a feeling that for Vocal, that will be the end of it. I hope not.

It's now coming up to a month unverified. Aside from being unable to request a wallet withdrawal or receive a tip, I also believe that unverified Creators are not eligible for Top Stories or Challenges.
