Advice for those aged 30, 40, 50 and above

Advice for those aged 30, 40, 50 and above ▪ Advice 1: Get cupping done every year, even if you don't feel sick or have any ailment. ▪ Advice 2: Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty or think you need it. Most major health problems stem from dehydration. ▪ Advice 3: Exercise, even when you're extremely busy. You must move your body, even if it's just walking, swimming, or any other type of exercise. ▪ Advice 4: Reduce your food intake. As the saying goes, "A few morsels are enough for a person to maintain their strength." Avoid excessive eating, as it never leads to anything good. Don't deprive yourself, but reduce the quantities. ▪ Advice 5: Minimize your car use as much as possible. Try to walk wherever you need to go—to the mosque, shops, visiting someone, or any other destination. Sixth piece of advice: Avoid anger... Let go of resentment... Try to overlook things... Don't put yourself in upsetting situations... All of these things diminish health and rob the soul of its radiance. Seventh piece of advice: As they say, "Leave your money in the sun and sit in the shade." Don't be stingy with yourself or those around you. Money was made for us to live with, not to live for. Eighth piece of advice: Don't let your soul be consumed by regret over anyone, or over anything you couldn't achieve, or anything you couldn't possess. Ignore it, even forget it. Ninth piece of advice: Be humble... Then be humble again. For money, status, power, and influence are all corrupted by arrogance and pride. Humility is what draws people to you with love, and through it, God elevates your status. Tenth piece of advice: If your hair turns gray, it doesn't mean the end of life. Rather, it's a sign that the best part of life has begun. Be optimistic, live with remembrance of God, travel, and enjoy what is permissible. Final piece of advice: Never abandon your prayers, for they are your winning card in this life and on the Day when neither wealth nor children will avail, except for those who come to God with a sound heart. Don't just read and leave, but honor us by sending blessings upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). And don't forget us in your prayers. May God forgive us and you. O God, bless and grant peace to Muhammad and his family.
Thank you
