A Few Musical Journeys

Introduction

A few writers have emabarked on some writing projects that will take them two months to complete, and it it they share a song that that was a prompt and influence for their writing. I don;t think I have seen a Top Story yet, but I suppose you can't award a Top Story for a concept, but surely some of the entries will be worthy becasue they carry the concept with the.

IAlthough I always share at least one musical piece in my stories I will not be taking part in this, because I am impatient, or I can't stick with things for long, although I have done it in the past.

Reasons Why I Am Not Taking Part

In October/November 2015 on my blog I posted pieces with the tag #Odyssey58 . I am not sure what the 58 stood for but that was a musical related sequence (I apologice for all the advertisements but they bring in coffee money):

So Which Musical Journeys Am I Talking About?

I believe Alyson Smith kicked this off and this is her latest one:

Of course when Alyson started others picked up the ball and started running.

Then Tina D Lopez joined up and this is her latest:

The Paul Stewart joined in with some eclectic selections with shoutouts to ALy and Tina

And the last person I have seen to join in is Harper Lewis with this one

Conclusion

One of the other reasons I haven;t joined in is that I shy a way from shortform poetry and Vocal still don;t know what a haiku is:

Most "Haiku(s)" we see on Vocal are Senryū (川柳)
