Travel During The Pandemic
I was in San Francisco recently. It was a fun trip. While we were there, we went to many food places that were excellent. We went to the Muir Woods, and we travelled over the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge. I was with my daughter and her two teen boys. She calls them her middles as she has olders, middles and littles. The middles are almost six feet tall and eat every two hours or so. They were always hungry. I would say, didn’t we just eat and one of them would say, that was a long time ago and I am starving!

Ride a Painted Horse
Europe England Jubilee Steam Gallopers Carousel in London, England is part of Carter's Steam Fair that offers antique rides. The horses on this carousel have been given names which are displayed on their necks. These wooden horses were named for the members of the Carter Family and for the workers who travel with the fair. What is unique about this carousel is that at almost 125 years this is the oldest ride at the fair. The horses are "gallopers' because they turn clockwise not like other carousels that turn counterclockwise.

Arizona London Bridge in Lake Havasu makes you feel like you're in England. When the London Bridge spanning the Thames River in London, England was replaced in 1831, an American tycoon had the old bridge sent brick by brick to the US. Soon Lake Havasu in Arizona also had a London Bridge and it became one of the most famous bridges in the US. Home is where we park it
When I was a child, home was a tiny town of only 300 people. I moved once just a few blocks from a little two bedroom cottage to the large five bedroom house my father built with his own hands over the course of many years. The house sat at the end of the block surrounded by fields of alfalfa. I’d run in the newly planted grass, jump over the small new pine trees, and bike down dusty dirt roads to see friends.
