Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort in Calatagan Batangas, Philippines

We traveled from Manila to Calatagan, Batangas, on December 23, 2023, to visit their lovely beach. Our major goal is to visit a public beach; unfortunately, I believe that practically all of the beaches in Calatagan are privately owned. We decided to visit the Stilt Calatagan Beach Resort when we got to Calatagan because we didn't know where else to go. Our driving experience has been poor; when we get to Santo Tomas, Waze directs us to a road that is both narrow and winding around the mountainside.

To be honest, the road leading to the beach isn't all that great. However, when you arrive at the beach, you will just exclaim, "Wow." From the main road, go on a bumpy road until you reach the beach's gate and entrance. We simply went out to gaze and enjoy our surroundings after parking our automobile. We then inquired about the beach with a guard on duty and were astonished to learn that the entrance fee is OMG 700 pesos ($41.48) per person. I'm apprehensive about walking into the beach and discussed it with my project manager; she's looking for a public beach where we can just relax and enjoy the landscape. However, because my project manager is also tired of the journey, she opted to pay the admission price. The personnel then aided us; we signed the document provided to us to write on and were given a wrist band as proof that we had already paid the entrance charge.

What is the entry fee?

The entrance price for our visit on December 23, 2023, was 700 pesos per person ($41.48). Please keep in mind that this only applies to the entrance charge. Other prices are based on the facilities and services you use inside or during your stay.

Is the location recommended for overnight stays?

Yes. The location is suitable for overnight stays, especially if you are traveling from a long distance. Overnight stays are recommended if you want to enjoy the scenery and all.

What's on the inside of the Beach Resort?

The ATV Station, the Mango Plantation, the Simplicity Villa (Bungalows 1 and 2), and the Serenity Beach are all visible from the entrance gate. Here are some of their additional indoor features.

• Then you will proceed to the main front desk to pay the cost of entry and any other fees that may apply. You will notice their big pool as soon as you access the beach beside the registration area.

What appeals to me the most are the cottages, which are similar to those found in the Maldives. They have eight lovely cottages.

What else is at Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort?

Keep in mind that the Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort has three beaches:

1. SERENITY BEACH

Look at those enormous trees, flowers, playground, tents, sands, cabanas, and so on; they're all magnificent.

There are many motivational messages, signage, phrases, and likes inside the serenity beach:

"smell the sea"

"hear the ocean"

"feel the breeze"

"be at ease"

Look at that tree house—it's so tall and cool.

Their garden's entrance.

On Serenity Beach, in addition to Vicky's hideaway, you can see the Eternitree and a few Cabanas. In addition to the mango farm, there is a chico fruit tree to be seen.

2. HARMONY BEACH

Walking towards the sea bed you will see the yellowish color sand, small pavilion, delight, activity center, pavilion 1 & 2 , infinity beach Front Entrance, Infinity Pool, Infinity Pavilion, Infinity Restaurant.

You can enter and exit this building to get to the other beach, Destiny Beach.

3. DESTINY BEACH

Reaching this beach that is still part of the stilts calatagan beach resort, you will see cabana best to rent for overnight stays, they have 4 cabanas: Fun, Desire, Passion, and Pleasure. They also have here pavilion.

Do they have parking?

Yes. When we visited Stilts, I noticed four parking places.

Do they have restrooms?

Yes. There are a total of 15 restrooms on stilts around the beach resort.

Amazing rock formations may be found at the guard house area, gazing toward the beach portion. The mentioned location is still part of the resort. We chose to visit the location by taking the stairs. In photographs, the location appears to be rather lovely.
