Refund Procedure

Passengers who purchased tickets from illegitimate portals are not eligible for a refund.

If the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and there are seven or more days between the departure date and the booking date, a full refund will be given.

Passengers will save an additional $10 on cancellation fees by cancelling tickets online.

If the passenger used a credit card to make the payment, the airline will start the refund process within 7 days; if they used another method, it will take 20 days.
