Arrived Earth. Expected standard landing assistance from the Great Pyramid of Giza.
Complete failure. Two stars for still standing, but: Beacon weak. Alignment poor. Signal unstable. Landed 193 Earth miles south in dry sandy wasteland. Suspension system damaged. Crew irritated.
Local bipeds insist structure is “tomb.” Incorrect. We designed this as orbital guidance infrastructure during Early Human Confusion Period.
Maintenance clearly neglected.
Outer reflective casing missing. Energy grid nonfunctional. Precision geometry still acceptable, but no longer mission-capable. Barely detectable from lower atmosphere as buried in sand. Completely unreliable during sand events.
Humans now gather nearby to photograph structure. No repairs attempted. Mostly selling beverages and magnet keepsakes they call "souvenirs."
Spoke with local guide. Claimed “aliens built pyramids” with suspicious confidence. Refused technical questions.
Would recommend for historical nostalgia only.
For planetary landing? -- Use mountains. More dependable.
