The place is mostly settled by Bedouins, so here you can see small mud-brick houses that have wooden doorways with medieval hook locks. There are many houses of Farafra painted with blue colour, but some are decorated with landscape, birds, and animals. In Farafra, there is little to see, but it provides more than one amazing view.

Bahariya Oases and White Desert

Both Bahariya Oasis and the White desert are famous for their springs well. You can find many discoveries in the area, like the valley of golden mummies. This is one of the biggest discoveries. The Bahariya Oasis is surrounded by black hills and it is famous for the white desert and black desert. You can visit here to see wind curved sculpture which assembled both animals and human shapes.
