Hey, I'm not much of a feminist and no this wasn't written because I am a woman myself.

It's just how I see things, okay? (Also, maybe I'm a little bit controversial too...)

Any who, If you want to give your opinion about it. I'm ready to debate with you on it.

I just want someone to think about why is it men are majority leaders of an organization, state, or the united states. A pandemic is happening and nothing has been properly taken care of at all. (The cases don't lie in these open states.)

Why We can't lead? Why can't we be voted more as a leader?

Why are we just emotional and scary when we're trying to get our point across or say what we feel from our mind, soul, and mouth.

I'll tell you why I think so because I think that women are just seen one way ever since years before I was even thought about.

We get paid low,

It's even worse if you want to go into details based on ethnicity.

A quick fun fact for you so you can understand, I'm not complaining:

We get ignored,

Harass more than men.

Don't let someone be a lesbian, bisexual, pansexual or in the army, People will just sweep it under the rug or say we deserve it.

Another example; recently a 20-year-old woman named Vanessa Guillen was murdered and sexually assaulted by another soldier that was a man. Another woman had the nerve to say that's what she deserves... A woman that's in the air force. (That's sick as ever) What Vanessa deserve was help and that's what she had wanted because she filled out a report about her being sexually harassed before she died. Breonna Taylor wanted help and deserve justice but the system that is supposed to protect us and save us failed her and many more people. Besides in Newsweek site, they give information that the military's data shows the extent of the crisis at hand. In the year of '18 alone, 20,500 service members were sexually assaulted or raped—an increase of almost 40 percent from 2016. There is a sexual abuse epidemic within the military, but no one is holding offenders accountable or give support to survivors. (They are treating it like a damn norm and that's awful. This is why the metoo movement was made and many other organizations to let it be known this has to stop and survivors deserve care and support.)

We never get heard unless we're needed it seems.

Unless it's visible for people or too much that they have seen they believe finally that it is true. It is true that a change is needed for people in us or that they are tired of us standing to what we believe in that needs to improve.

We deserve more.

More respect, understanding, and care.

We deserve justice.

We are and can be leaders.

We are Here.

We are here to stay strong and real to what we believe and want because men are not the only ones that make this country, jobs, and many more places. We deserve the recognition more than anything and I'm not saying that all men are arrogant buttholes where they don't realize it because it's not true. Some men do show support for women and some women can be awful like lieutenant Betsy and women that support no mask is their choice. I don't agree with it at all because I'm one of the ones that are immunocompromised but everyone has a choice and an opinion. So, all we can do is accept it or don't.

Here's something to read about what's going on.

We as Women deserve Quality all the way through.
