Menstruation Hygiene Tips!!

Women are thankful for many of the natural traits in them like bearing a child, going through labor pains and much more. However, one natural phenomenon that most of the women are not that fond of is Menstruation. It's not that we hate it, but we do not like it as much as we adore night dress for girls sexy. As this comparison makes no sense, so does the period aches.

Mood swings and body pains are a natural consequence of chumming and frankly speaking we cannot do much over it. However, there are certain menstruation hygiene tips that we should definitely follow for a comparative smoother menstrual experience.

First of all, if you are having a rather troublesome menstruating days as compared to other months, pamper yourself with little treats such as chocolates, tops or even a ladies night dress online. Now this one was a fun tip, lets begin with the actual hygiene related one.

Make it a habit to change your pads or tampons regularly, after every three to four hours. In case of tampons, you can in no way keep it longer than four hours or it may result in shock syndrome. A reason for getting rid of your menstrual items holding blood in short time spans is to avoid vaginal infections and itching sensation down there. The blood that comes out during periods is decomposed blood and if it stays in touch with your vagina for a longer time, it may result in infection and itching. Also, wash your hands thoroughly every time when you put on a pad or a tampon and when you get rid of it. Consider it your prime responsibility to dispose of the pad or tampon responsibly by wrapping it in a piece of paper.

Do not ever use vaginal cleansers, whether menstruating or not. A large part of the cosmetic industry is sham and vaginal cleansers are one of the latest one of this sham. They are highly expensive and promise you to cleanse your vagina. Scientifically speaking, your vagina has an in-built self-cleansing mechanism and does not need any such cleansers or even soaps, for that matter. In fact, these cleansers do more bad than good as they disturb the natural vaginal Ph.

Furthermore, Unprotected sex is a complete NO. While many couples argue about the rightfulness of period sex, my point is sex is a personal choice and is free from any sort of judgement. In my opinion, period sex is not wrong, but unprotected sex definitely is. There is a huge risk of infection to both the partners in such scenarios.

Now this is not a hygiene tip, but an environmental-friendly and rather economical menstruating tip. If you are still using a tampon or a sanitary napkin, switch to a cup. It is made from silicone or rubber and is funnel-shaped. It comes in varying sizes depending upon its capacity to hold blood. It might be a little tricky to put it on and take it off initially, but once you get habitual, after putting it on once, you might even forget that you are wearing anything down there. The best part of a menstrual cup is that it is reusable and easily lasts from anywhere between six months to ten years. Also cleaning it is easy, just soak it in boiling water and add any disinfectant to it. If you want to not harm the environment anymore by your menstrual waste, a menstrual cup is your go-to. Finally, you can also wear it while sleeping.

In conclusion, menstruation is a phenomenon which blesses women to bear a child, and we need to be happy every time we bleed. The emotional and physical effect it has on us cannot be ignored but we can surely take care of our hygiene while menstruating.

So, the next time you get your chums, celebrate it by treating yourself with some goodies or a basic night dress sexy Babydoll.
