Winners Only: Everybody can see you these days killing it on social media but you have an athletic background in both basketball and track and field. Tell the readers about it!

Sha'nia Stiers-Royal : I’ve grown up playing sports my whole life. If I wasn’t doing basketball, then I was doing track. Doing them from such a young age into college I feel help me stay in shape. Last year being the first year that I wasn’t in either was hard for me. I had to start focusing on maintaining healthy eating and working out more than ever. So back in December I developed a workout plan that helped me stay in good shape.

So did you just quit or did something else happen?

School became a very toxic environment for me, so I ended up leaving. I could’ve tried harder to stay, but I in every sense I gave up.

Got it, so are you done forever?

Honestly, I’m not sure. I’m still in the process of deciding if I wanna go back in person instead of being online.

Despite all of that you've done a solid job building a social media following. You currently have over 42,000 followers on TikTok. How has being a content creator helped you so far?

I do it for fun really. I never had any other motive besides having fun. I enjoy seeing people viewing when I post. I love the idea of creating content because it’s something I enjoy on a personal level.

We all can see that you are in great physical condition, what has been most important in allowing you to maintain your physique.

While I was still in athletics I never really had to watch what I ate. Now that I’m not doing those same things, I’m more aware to what I’m putting into my body.

Is there a part of your body that you've had to learn to love?

I mean I love everything about my body because it’s me.

Where will be your favorite place to go to show off your Hot Summer Bod this season & what are you gonna do when you get there?

I just traveled to Vegas, but I don’t know where the rest of summer will take me.
