Summer is here. Nothing beats fresh water to quench thirst in the scorching heat. Although fruit juices are pleasant to the throat, fresh water is easily and inexpensively the purest available. It is not necessary to go looking for it during the summer, it is piled up and sold on roadsides in all towns.

Nature's gift of fresh water is a complete nutritious water. Coconut is also considered a fruit. The 'endosperm' in the middle of the fruit is what causes the fruit to become enlarged and fleshy. This 'endo's perm' is in coconut liquid form.
Coconut trees, which grow in large numbers in hot and coastal areas, are found in large numbers in Kerala, India. Ayurveda mentions that young water is a medicine given by nature to people living in hot areas

Young water that prevents disease!

Cool water, which greatly reduces body heat, keeps only the heat needed for the proper functioning of the digestive organs in the body.  Thus, drinking fresh water can prevent stomach disorders caused by overheating in summer.

Many infectious diseases can affect the body's internal organs and skin during the summer heat.  When measles, diarrhea, cholera etc. occur, the saline content and albumin content in the body may decrease.  It is good to drink fresh water daily to regulate this.

In the body due to the increase in body heat

'life-giving fluid'

Young water is hailed by doctors as the 'life-giving fluid'.  Cholera is given as 'trips' into the blood by injection in emergencies.  The mineral substances in it quickly mix in the body and become a life-giving medicine for those who are unconscious.  In addition, when taking a lot of medicine and pills, even drinking water helps the body absorb the medicine.

Nutrients in fresh water

In fresh water, the juice of tender pods is more sweet and ripe pods are less sweet.  This is because of the 'sucrose' in it.  When it is soft, it contains high amount of 'sucrose'.

Apart from this, fresh water contains sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron.

For skin care...
It is a good medicine not only to drink fresh water, but also to apply it on the sweat glands that occur on the skin when the heat is high.  It is also good to apply water to protect the skin of the face.  Let's thank nature for giving us fresh water that has so many good qualities.

There are different types of water, red water, green water, blood red water. Young water is full of medicinal properties of all kinds.

The remedy for excessive vata, bile, and kapha is young water. Relieves heat. It corrects dehydration in the body.

The fresh water is very clean. Aqueous water is used as an excellent substitute for plasma in blood. Fresh water is used to remove toxic substances from the blood. A “gel” made from fresh water is an excellent remedy for eye diseases.

Fresh water is rich in nutrients. Rich in sugars and minerals. Minerals like potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, sulphur, chloride are present in fresh water.
