Essence Booker

A 5-8 guard from Las Vegas, Essence Booker decided to leave Ball State to return home and play for UNLV. She averaged 10.9 points per game in 13 games last season. Booker's top game was a 22-point effort against Bellarmine. She shot 3-4 from three and 8-12 overall. She had a game where she hit a season's best four triples on nine attempts in a win against Akron. She poured in 14 points in that contest. During the 2019-20 season she averaged a career best 12.5 points per game as a sophomore at Nevada.

Moon Ursin

Senior guard Moon Ursin is leaving Baylor for LSU. She played the best basketball of her collegiate career during the post season. She averaged 16.6 points in seven games during the Big 12 Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. The 5-6 guard had her best game of the season in a blowout NCAA Tournamnet first round win over Jackson State. She put up 24 points while shooting 9-14 from the field and 3-4 from three-point land. Despite her size, Ursin was a quality rebounder. She had six games with 10 or more rebounds. Ursin averaged 12.6 points during the entire year which was the best scoring average of her first four seasons at Baylor. She also had six games where she scored at least 20 points.

Lasha Petree

Bradley's leading scorer Lasha Petree is headed to Rutgers. She averaged 18 points and guided the Braves to a 17-12 record. Petree had two games with at least 30 points. She scored 33 against Texas during the NCAA Tournament. During that game the 6-0 guard shot 10-11 from the free-throw line and she performed well on the defensive end with five blocks. During the regular season she dropped 30 points against Northern Illinois. Petree hit a season high five three-pointers against Evansville. In three other games she knocked down four three-pointers.

Along with guiding the team in scoring, Petree also led Bradley in steals and blocks. She registered five steals in contests against Evansville and Northern Iowa. Petree tallied six blocks against Loyola Chicago.

E'Lease Stafford

East Tennessee State has lost guard/forward E'Lease Stafford to Utah State. She averaged six points per game and 2.35 rebounds last season. Her numbers dipped from her 2019-20 averages of 10.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. She had her top game last season against Wofford. Stafford shot 5-10 from three and scored 17 points in 33 minutes of action. She only scored double digits twice last season. The second occasion was a 10-point performance against UNC-Greensboro.

Naomi Hunt

UC Irvine will now have the basketball services of Naomi Hunt. Last season Hunt averaged a career high 12.2 points per game for Long Beach State. She had three games where she scored at least 20 points last season. Her best overall game came against USC when she scored 19 points, pulled down eight rebounds, dished out six assists and stole the ball twice. The 6-2 forward shot 8-9 and scored 21 points against UC Irvine.

Daphane White

Daphane White competed at Houston after a strong junior college career. After just 10 games in her first NCAA season she decided to transfer to Jackson State. The 6-5 forward showed promise during limited minutes at Houston. She scored 10 points and collected seven rebounds in an early season win over Auburn. White was also an effective shot blocker in her first seven contests where she recorded at least one rejection in six of those games. She was effective by the basket offensively as she shot 51.5 percent from the field.
