Jillian Hayes - Cincinnati

Consistent shooting has been a bit of a struggle for Jillian Hayes, but so far it seems the talented guard/forward has figured things out. The 6-1 junior is shooting a career high of 46.5 percent overall and averaging a personal best of 15.1 points per game. Last week, she and her teammates went to North Carolina A&T and she posted 16 points, nine rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals in a 78-73 win, Dec. 1. Hayes shot 6-7 in the win. On Dec. 4, Hayes scored 20 points on 9-16 shooting in a 66-58 loss to Illinois-Chicago. She also hauled down six rebounds and dished out five assists.

Lauren Park-Lane - Seton Hall

A 5-3 sparky guard from Wilmington, Delaware, Lauren Park-Lane is currently ninth in the NCAA with an average of 21.6 points per game. She's also 20th with 5.9 assists per game. On Dec. 2, Park-Lane and her teammates went to Xavier and won 74-55. She scored 24 points with six assists and three rebounds. She followed that performance up two days later with 31 points and seven assists with just one turnover in am 82-78 win over No. 24 Marquette. Over 96 games, Park-Lane has scored 1,417 points with 544 assists and 124 steals.

Kacie Borowicz - North Dakota

A player who most of America may not be familiar with, Kacie Borowicz is having a productive season. She started off scoring at least 19 points in each of her first four games of the season, including a season high of 35 points in a win over Montana. After that she hit a bit of a shooting slump for two games. On Dec. 4, Borowicz, a 5-9 guard from Roseau, Minnesota, showed that her touch was back. She scored 34 points while shooting 10-19 from the field in a 79-73 win at Eastern Michigan. She also hit 12 of her 13 free-throw attempts. She is averaging a career best 21 points per game as well as 4.8 assists which is also her best mark. Borowicz is a strong free-throw shooter, making 94.1 of her attempts from the stripe.

Caitlin Clark - Iowa

Iowa junior Caitlin Clark recorded a triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a 102-71 win against Wisconsin on Dec. 4. On Dec. 1, in a 94-81 loss to No. 12 North Carolina State, Clark posted a season high of 45 points. She was a perfect 8-8 from the free-throw line. She also shot 16-28 from the field. Clark also had six rebounds and four assists. Clark is leading the NCAA with an average of 28.2 points per game and 10th in assists at 6.9 dimes per game. She's had two double-doubles to go along with her triple-double this season.

Rebeka Mikulasikova - Ohio State

Ohio State senior center Rebeka Mikulasikova is off to her best collegiate season for the 8-0 Buckeyes. The 6-4 post player from Nitra, Slovakia is averaging 19.8 points on 63.9 percent shooting. Last week she led Ohio State to a 96-77 win over No. 18 Louisville with 21 points on 9-14 shooting. She also posted a season high four assists. On Dec. 4, Mikulasikova lifted the offense with a 31-point effort. She drained two of her four three-point attempts while shooting 11-16 overall. Mikulasikova also had her best free-throw shooting performance making seven of her eight attempts from the charity stripe.

Samara Spencer - Arkansas

A 5-7 sophomore guard from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Samara Spencer is the floor general f0r the unbeaten Arkansas Razorbacks. Off to a 10-0 start, Spencer is averaging 15.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. In an 87-70 win over Troy, Dec. 1, Spencer posted 19 points with six assists, three rebounds and a steal. On Dec. 4, Spencer scored a season high 32 points, while draining six of her eight three-point shots in a 92-58 advantage over Oral Roberts. She recorded three steals and three assists in the victory.
