Genovea Johnson - Southern

At 5-8, Genovea Johnson heads into her senior season at Southern. From Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Johnson averaged 11.2 points per game as she started 13 of 29 contests. After a slow start scoring a combined 11 points, where she shot 4-18 in the first two games, Johnson found her shot against the No. 8 team in the country. She scored 19 points making six of her 12 shot attempts against Big Ten opponent Iowa in her third game of the season. Johnson scored 22 in a late season win over Grambling. Her final game of the season over 20 points was a 26-point effort against Texas Southern in the SWAC Tournament quarterfinal. She led her team to a 68-67 overtime win with 13 rebounds, two assists and two steals. During the 2020-21 season, Johnson averaged a career best 13.4 points per game.

Demi Burdick - Delaware

After four seasons at Tennessee-Martin and another at East Tennessee State, Demi Burdick arrives at Delaware for one more collegiate season of basketball. Burdick is a 6-2 forward from Marshall, Illinois. Last season she posted averages of 4.6 points and four rebounds in 16.5 minutes per game. Her biggest game of the season came against UNC-Greensboro where she scored 17 points with nine rebounds and two blocked shots in just 15 minutes of action. She hit eight of her nine shot attempts in that contest. Two games later she had her second-best game of the year posting 15 points, eight rebounds, three steals and one block against Furman.

Mary Baskerville - Quinnipiac

Mary Baskerville will compete in her fifth season at Quinnipiac after four years at Providence. She scored 1,077 points while shooting 52.8 percent from the field. Baskerville was also a strong defender with averages of 1.7 and 1.2 steals per contest. Last season she averaged career bests of 1.9 blocks and 1.7 steals per game. In an overtime win against Georgetown, she posted a season high with both six blocks and six steals to go along with eight rebounds and six points. Baskerville had two double-doubles last season, with the best being a 20-point, 11-rebound output against St. John's. The 6-3 forward swatted four shots in the game. Baskerville averaged a career low seven points per game last season. She had her best scoring season in 2020-21, with a clip of 12.7 points per contest.

Christianna Carr - Arkansas

Christianna Carr is unpacking her suitcase for another season. After three seasons at Kansas State and one at Syracuse, Carr is now giving Arkansas a try. Last season Carr averaged 11.7 points per game for the Orange while making a career best 60 shots from three. Carr had her best game of the season from long distance when she hit five of her seven attempts from three, while scoring 19 points in a blowout win over Clemson. That was one of four contests where Carr scored her season high of 19 points. From Feb. 15 - 24, Carr shot 12-29 from three at 41.3 percent over four games. A native of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Carr is a 6-1 guard that averaged a career best 15.2 points per game during the 2020-21, while still at Kansas State.
