Ayoka Lee - Kansas State

Ayoka Lee scored 102 points in one week. It took her three games to do it but it is still impressive nonetheless. The 6-6 center scored an NCAA record 61 points in a 94-65 win over Oklahoma. She made 23 of her 30 shot attempts and connected on 15 of her 17 free-throws. Along with the 61 points, Lee pulled down 12 rebounds and blocked three shots. For the rest of the week, Lee came back to earth but still had strong performances. In a 66-48 loss to Texas, Jan. 26, Lee scored 20 points with 11 rebounds and two blocked shots. She followed that up with 21 points and seven rebounds against TCU as she and her Kansas State teammates collected another win, to the score of 64-54. The junior from Byron, Minnesota is averaging 25 points, 10.7 rebounds and 3.2 blocks per game.

KeKe McKinney - Charlotte

When it comes to blocking shots, KeKe McKinney has been as good as anybody in the country over the past couple of weeks. On Jan. 22 she got our attention by blocking a season high eight shots. Last week she kept up the defensive assault. In two games against Old Dominion McKinney swatted nine shots. On Jan. 26, Charlotte won 64-61 as she recorded five rejections, 11 rebounds and 10 points. Three days later Old Dominion was victorious but McKinney still blocked four shots. After four seasons at Kentucky, McKinney is having her best individual season. The 6-1 senior forward is averaging career bests with 2.1 blocks, 1.1 steals and 7.1 rebounds and 7.3 points.

Naz Hillmon - Michigan

Naz Hillmon is averaging 20.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. The 6-2 senior forward has led Michigan to an awesome 18-2 start. She scored a season high 32 points, Jan. 24, during a a 79-66 win against Purdue. She recorded her eighth double-double that game. Her ninth double-double came three days later against hated rival Ohio State. She and the Wolverines travelled to Columbus, Ohio and throttled the Buckeyes 77-58. In that win Hillmon scored 20 points with 12 rebounds, three assists and two steals. Hillmon shot 19-24 for a shooting percentage of .791 in both wins last week.

Maddy Siegrist - Villanova

Maddy Siegrist averaged 23.3 points per game last season. She started the year averaging just 10.5 points after her first two games. After taking some time off Siegrist has returned and has pounded opponents scoring no less than 19 points in each her 10 games since her absence. Last week she scored 31 points hitting 12 of her 14 free-throw attempts while shooting 8-15 from the field. Siegrist pulled down 12 rebounds and dished out four assists in that game as well. Five days later she scored 23 points against Butler. The 6-1 junior forward is now averaging 24.1 points per game to go along with 9.4 rebounds.

Deja Francis - Norfolk State

Point guard Deja Francis is on a tear as she is leading Norfolk State who is currently first place in the MEAC. The 5-7 junior guard from Queens, New York scored 24 points in a 64-52 win over Morgan State, Jan. 24. On Jan. 29, the crafty guard posted 21 points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals in a 60-40 win over South Carolina State. Last week, Francis shot (17-27).629 from the field and (11-12) .916 from the free-throw line.

Aneesah Morrow - DePaul

Freshman forward Aneesah Morrow is making life hard for opponents of DePaul. The 6-1 Chicago native has posted 14 straight double-doubles. Morrow started the week with a 32-point, 15-rebound effort in a 94-74 win over Xavier, Jan. 23. On Jan. 26, she and her team lost a close one to UConn, 80-78, but the young talent posted 30 points and 14 rebounds as well as three steals in the contest. DePaul gathered itself and beat St. John's 94-88 as Morrow posted 22 points, 18 rebounds and three steals. DePaul is off to a 17-5 start.
