Ampofo ErnestPublished 3 years ago in UnbalancedUndertaker WrestleMania dream match
This weekend (at the time of this article being published) is the first WrestleMania since the Undertaker's official retirement in 2020. So I got to thinking of a wrestler who unfortunately never got their chance to wrestle The Deadman at WrestleMania. As a quick refresher Taker retired with a record of 25-2, only having lost to Brock Lesnar 2014 and Roman Reigns in 2017. However in my bizarro world The Streak hasn't been broken yet, and this dream match will replace Roman's match from 2017. Will The Streak eventually be broken in this world? Maybe, but also maybe not. However The Streak still being intact is important to this booking.

10.Shawn Michaels He is HBH, The Heartbreak Kid. He was introduced as “The Showstopper” and “The Headliner.” He was part of Degeneration X with Triple H. He was athletic and inspired, which is even more amazing considering that he almost retired in 1998 with two herniated discs. Though he was involved in controversies like “The Montreal Screwjob” that victimized Bret Hart, Michaels has acquitted himself well with his all around entertainment and skills. His signature move was his “Sweet Chin Music.”

Pro-Wrestling has been a tremendous part of American entertainment history over the last 150 years. Starting in the 1860s and continuing on today. The brand & company I am going to concentrate on is the biggest name in America, World Wrestling Entertainment! Or WWE! Because only they have the capital to do this at this point in time.

Now for those of you who haven't heard of it, MMA is the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. This is a form of competitive fighting not restricted by specific fighting style or discipline. If you've not heard of MMA you will almost definitely have heard of Cage Fighting and the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). It has gained popularity now globally as the most watched full contact sport, even overtaking Boxing.

Kevin Holland has talked and finished his way into the hearts of UFC fans during the pandemic. The gregarious fighter went on a 5-0 win streak upon joining the organization, including some spectacular finishes. Landing his first main event, Holland lost a lackluster fight to Derek Brunson and was deeply criticized for the performance. Yet had he won, still behaving as he did during the fight, none of the criticism he has received since the loss would exist today. Here lies the problem.
Maria MoralesPublished 3 years ago in UnbalancedLashley's Championship Raises Questions.
Wrestling fans around the world know that the WWE Championship represents the top prize in the entire industry known as sports entertainment. Throughout the years there've been other companies come and go. The biggest competitors in the industry have arguably been the defunct World Championship Wrestling, Extreme Championship Wrestling, and the fairly new All Elite Wrestling that continues to make a name for itself acquiring high-dollar talent. World Wrestling Entertainment has been the pinnacle of sports entertainment for the past thirty years. Evolving from a smaller, regional, promotion and being helmed by Vincent Kennedy McMahon, the companies evolution to a billion-dollar business has been a true American success story. It did not happen perfectly, however. Until I heard someone mention it, I hadn't thought about this for a long time, but the WWE/WWF World Heavyweight Championship has only been held by three black performers in history.

After much contractual wrangling and arm twisting, it appears we may have a heavyweight boxing match on our hands between the flawed and heroic Tyson Fury and the eternally chiselled Anthony Joshua.
A Man's GuidePublished 3 years ago in UnbalancedElite Adult Female Fighters are Women, not "Girls"
Two weeks ago, the most dominant female mixed martial artist in the history of the sport, Amanda Nunes, defended her featherweight title at UFC 259. Her performance was outstanding. She destroyed her opponent, former Invicta featherweight champion, Megan Anderson within 2 minutes of the first round. The performance was unforgettable and should have left female MMA fans, like myself, in euphoria over the dominant performance. Yet, I turned off the TV after the post-fight conference with a knot in my stomach. Sexism had reared its ugly head again.

Let me start off by addressing the elephant in the room, this is hardcore wrestling. I cannot emphasize this enough, viewer discretion is advised. Potential trigger warnings/content warnings ahead. Extreme violence, plenty of blood, tons of injuries and a world of pain ahead so please, read with caution. I cannot emphasize this enough. I also recommend probably having another tab opened with some wholesome videos of like, puppies playing together to make yourself feel better after reading this article. I'm not joking.

Why do silent rooms make the most noise at night? Not the rhythmic knocking of a ceiling fan or the vibrating hum of the air conditioner, but the noise that everybody hears but doesn’t actually make a sound. I hope my opponent is going through this torture too.

For fans of professional wrestling, especially those that watched it in the nineties during the Monday Night Wars between the defunct World Championship Wrestling and then World Wrestling Federation, the question has plagued us all for years. Why screw over the Hitman? What was it really all about? Taking a look at the time between the mid-nineties and the late-nineties, it was an intriguing time in professional wrestling. Forget Donald Trump and Vince McMahon's showdown at Wrestlemania, the true battle of the billionaires was in the middle of the nineteen-nineties.
