1. Don Bradman

I want a attacking player like Mathew Hayden as a opener But than I have a Player like Don Bradman. So I go with Don Bradman. But main reason to pick him was his record 270 runs against England in 1937 at batting position no.7. So obviously he can destroy any team any day at any position. His Batting average at No.3 - 103.63, No.4 - 53.89, No.5 - 142.33, No.6 - 97.29, No.7 - 162.50. He's the batsman who dominate the opposition from the very first ball. A batsman who set a cricket record which is impossible to break even in future. Highest Individual Test Batting Average (minimum 15 innings) 99.94. Two Triple Centuries. I know he was not an opener but he's Don Bradman he's presence in team is enough doesn't matter on which batting position he played. One of the notable thing is his Centuries (29) are more than his Fifties (13). Scored almost 7000 runs with his career best 334. A batsman who scored 12 Double Centuries and Two Triple Centuries. He's greatest of greatest anyday.

2. Sunil Gavaskar

Score 774 runs in the debut series. In his Career he also Facing the most dangerous bowling attack ( Malcolm Marshall, Joel Garner, Michael Holding & Colin Croft ) of that time and all time. First man in the history of cricket who achieved the milestone of getting 10000 runs. The another milestone is 34 test centuries. Gavaskar also scored Double Centuries in all innings. Playing without helmet how brilliant opener he was.

3. Rahul Dravid

The most reliable, dependable & one of the finest player of cricket. The man who facing most deliveries in the test cricket. He has faced 31,258 deliveries during his Test Career, with the next closest batman being Tendulkar at 29,437 balls. He has spent 44,152 Minutes at the crease in Test Matches which works out to almost 736 hours, also a world record. In my opinion he's the best no.3 test player not only in Indian history also in Cricket history. Who can forget his innings at Eden gardens & Adelaide against the most destructive & invincible team Australia in that time. He scored 13288 runs with a average of 52.31 with 36 centuries. Only Player who give tough competition to english bowlers 2011 tour of england when all other batsman failed from other end. People cheer up even for his one run after forty balls. That shows how mentally strong he was. My favorite Cricketer of all time for a reason.

4. Sachin Tendulkar

Doesn't matter, who pick the all time best test 11 apart from current generation kids. He's always be the part of all time best test team part of every legendary cricket player. The most amazing no.4 player in the history of cricket. He Overshadows players like Brian Lara, Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting, Inzmam ul haq, Jacques Kallis & Many More who are considered as their rivals at that time. Destroyed every legendary bowler from Glen McGrath to Wasim Akram and Shane Warne to Muttiah Muralitharan. He's the highest runscorer of all time for india as well as in the history of cricket. a player who played record 200 test matches and scored 51 test centuries. But his masterpiece innings comes in when he scored 241* vs Australia in Sydney in 2004 without playing a single cover drive. That innings was considered as masterpiece because in previous innings of the India tour of Australia 2003/2004 (The Most Dangerous or in simple words invincible team of that time) he got out offside the off stump while playing cover drives. Series stands on 1–1. Sachin departs on 0, 1, 37, 0, 44 and after this failures from a nail bitting knock of 241 runs was coming in series decider match. That's why He's a legend for a reason.

5. Brian Lara

Brian Charles Lara a Class in itself. A batsman who scored 11953 runs with Average of 52.89 and Scored 34 Centuries. Most Stylish Left Hander test Batsman in my opinion. His innings of 375 v England, Antigua, 1994 is the most test runs in single innings record held for long time until it was broke by Mathew Hayden by Scoring 380 runs against Zimbabwe. But Lara is Lara. He Scored that which no one expected especially in that era he scored 400* v England, St John's, 2004. His another remarkable innings was his 153* v Australia, Bridgetown, 1999. This innings was considered one of the best fourth innings till date. Nine Double Centuries is another milestone of Lara's Career. Only Batsman who scored Century, Double Century, Triple Century & Quadruple Century.

6. Kumar Sangakara

A classy left Hander batsman and a wicketkeeper. Scored 12400 runs with an average of 57.4. 38 Test Centuries & 11 Double Centuries. He also Scored One Triple Century. And who can forget his Record Partnership of 624 Runs with Mahela Jayawardhane against South Africa in 2006.

7. Jacques Kallis

A player who can disappoint opposition with Bat, Bowl or By Slip Catching. We often Consider him as a All-Rounder but he's more dangerous with his batting. He scored 13284 test runs with an average of 55+. He also Scored 45 Test Centuries & 58 Half Centuries. Taking 292 Test Wickets with an economy of 2.83. He's the only Second player who take 200 catches in Tests after Rahul Dravid (210).

8. Shane Warne

A magician. Stylish Leg Spinner who can destroy the opposition team very easily. He takes 708 test wickets. He take 37 five wicket hauls and 10 Ten Wicket Hauls. His Two Balls against England Batsmans First against Mike Gatting which is considered as ball of the Century in Ashes 1993 & Second against Andrew Strauss which is considered as unplayable delivery in Ashes 2005. He also scored 3154 Test Runs.

9. Mutiah Muralitharan

Another Spinner Which can even scare the batsman with his bowling action. Many Batsmans always struggling to pick his ball while releasing from his hand. A Bowler with Most Test Wickets. Taking 800 test wickets. He has 67 Five Wicket Hauls & 22 Ten Wicket Hauls. Giving Nightmares to many Batsmans in his era.

10. Glenn McGrath

Simple & Elegant Bowling Action But a Extra ordinary player. He don't run from boundary like Shoaib Akhtar. He has a class which most of the bowlers don't have even they bowling consistently with 150+ Speed. Glenn McGrath a name which is capable to giving nightmares to opposition batsmans. He take 563 test wickets with 29 Five Wicket Hauls and 3 Ten Wicket Hauls Even legendary Batsmans like Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Brian Lara, Greame Smith, Jacques Kallis, Shivnarine Chanderpaul also struggling many times against Glenn McGrath. He gives a legacy.

11. Dale Steyn

Only position where I confused too whom I Pick or Not. I want to pick my all time favorite bowler Shaun Pollock. But then there is Wasim Akram, Dennis Lilee, Richard Hadlee and Curtley Ambrose. But Finally I go With Steyn Gun. Reason to pick his outstanding record in Asian Subcontinent. His bowling strike rate is better than rest of the Bowlers. He takes 439 Test Wickets With 26 Five Wicket Hauls and 5 Ten Wicket Hauls. This best performance of 7/51 at dry pitch of nagpur forced me to take Dale Steyn instead of Curtly Ambrose.
