After that Uncle could not afford his fee, so Dinesh Lad provides him a sports scholarship for 4 years.

Whether he played for his school cricket tournaments and debut as an opener during the Harris and Giles.

After that Rohit Sharma made his debut in Deodhar Trophy in March 2009 against Central Zone at Gwalior.
