Pro-Wrestling of the Future

Pro-Wrestling has been a tremendous part of American entertainment history over the last 150 years. Starting in the 1860s and continuing on today. The brand & company I am going to concentrate on is the biggest name in America, World Wrestling Entertainment! Or WWE! Because only they have the capital to do this at this point in time.

I would also recommend the episode of Toys That Made Us about Pro-Wrestling on Netflix. 

    It’s time for a revision in Pro-Wrestling. I think Pro-Wrestling brand WWE! needs to take a break for an entire 2 - 5 years off. Do a build-up year after that will erupt with new wrestling entertainment, a complete transformation how we do and see Pro-Wrestling as an entertainment sport forever by the conclusion of that year. I know precisely how they can do it. So let’s get ready to rumble cause this is a No Holds Barred match that Pro-Wrestling wasn’t prepared for. 

    First, I am going to list off why this is necessary and they should do this. 

        1. It allows them to reboot their entire universe.

        2. Gives them time to prepare for huge safety advancements and developments.

        3. Can establish a different system to enjoy Pro-Wrestling during a pandemic while constructing a long-term strategy that will allow Pro-Wrestling to withstand future crisis situations like the covid-19 pandemic.

        4. It provides the wrestlers time to develop and become stronger in all aspects of Pro-Wrestling.

        5. It provides them time to educate new wrestlers. 

        6. It provides the writing team time to prepare a proper story that can be ongoing with new metadata based on experiences while engaging with new wrestlers when they can provide to. 

        7. It provides them time to reshape and develop a modern internal business structure that provides the finest insurance for everyone.

        8. It provides them time to build a unique in-ring code system. 

        9. Give them time to reshape how stars raise to the top.

        10. To rework wealth distribution and to deliver better contracts for being a Professional Wrestler.

        11. To adapt their video games and merchandise.

    Okay, now that we have that out of the way, let’s get on to industry. Because that’s what this is, is a corporation just as much as it is live-action entertainment at this point in history. Do you recognize what’s wonderful for the industry? Not having a travel budget. It’s time for a fresh way to go about things. 

    What the WWE! needs to do is build small communities for those who choose to live near the Arena & build a massive big indoor studio. It has to maintain 10 rings just for official matches, another 20 for official practicing & instruction, then another 20 for unauthorized practice & instruction, a 3 story indoor gym that leads to an outdoor park and pool, a private pool, sauna & Ice room, storage to hold at least 2 replacement parts for each part of the Ring (aka to have 100 stored away rings), some entertainment & relaxation areas, free google Chrome Wi-Fi to all employees of the franchise, particularly employees of the franchise that work there, and it would be the official location for every one of their new Action Entertainment Arenas. 

    Why a building and Arena like this? To make sure the wrestlers are okay and no one is harming each other. Cameras everywhere! Especially since documenting behind the scenes of pro wrestling lives after this would be a tremendous asset to producing a documentary later on. Not merely that, you can turn the Gyms and a lot of the wrestling equipment (like Rings for example) into power generators. This reduces your electricity bill by a lot.

    Training wrestlers in every style of wrestling worldwide, advancing the sport to be qualified to be an Olympic sport. Training matters. End of story. Training is what will make you the best. Training them in everything from each specific form of wrestling to all the years of uneducated experience where they learned how to advance things for the safety of everyone. This will give Pro-Wrestlers the capacity to Wrestle anyone in the world, notably their Pro-Wrestling champions from other corporations. It will give Pro-Wrestlers the ingenuity to switch up styles in a manner that will be better suited to them, if everybody is trained in everything, thus we could set up the regulations for some matches and literally let wrestlers wrestle without a determined outcome. We will nevertheless have matches with determined outcomes, but there shouldn’t be a punishment if it doesn’t go as arranged. Instead, we should constantly adapt it to our advantage. 

Like... Wrestling College? There will be an essential minimum requirement of specific elements like matches, practice, and promotional activities. But there will also be like a database of everything for Pro-Wrestling related from all the different wrestlers worldwide to the statistics of the industry sector. Depending on how far up you prefer to continue in the industry system or what you choose to achieve behind the scenes of Pro-Wrestling. It sounds ridiculous at first until you start to understand the benefits of operating a business this way. It’s just more profitable to have your own land & locations compared to renting locations out and traveling all the time. 

We can allow wrestlers more time to practice their acting capabilities and establish more action stars that can transfer to alternative forms of entertainment and back comfortably. Especially since the WWE! already has its toes dipped into everything anyway. 

    Official match rooms: how we adjust the nature in which we record & broadcast entertainment. State-of-the-art motion caption camera rooms with various styles of rings that use transformation technology to transition between the various rings. Upgradable Cameras set up at ideal points that are created to eliminate other cameras out of the image. The reason for motion caption is straightforward, it’s for video games and obtaining accurate models and motions for the video games. Adding them now saves so much time and money later. There are hundreds of safe procedures to develop an area that reconstructs the floors and Ring a bit. It certainly wouldn’t be hard to do, just costly to design and assemble properly. Rooms design to be the perfect wrestling arenas. We can also include some effects on the screen too. 

    Why an optional community, security for families of superstars. Fans can become obsessed and go harass the families of stars of Pro-Wrestling. Sometimes Superstars' mental vigor will go down being away from their families all the time. This would eliminate those emotional stresses. Makes things financially cheaper all the way around as well, specifically if they’re using my Self-Sustaining Electric Home System that I have designed. It would also provide for wrestlers that can’t provide to travel to and from home as a way to live near the Arena. For example: If you live in Hawaii, we can move them and their family after a few years in the public eye. Providing them with a secure neighborhood.

    Honestly, the WWE! needs to just accept the debt for the next few years in live events, finish their current storylines, and arrange for a grand return. If you accomplish this, the sole way any other Pro-Wrestling Entertainment company would be capable to challenge the WWE! in the Pro-Wrestling entertainment industry is if they all pulled together and organized a Global Wrestling Alliance that is an organization made up of every other Pro-Wrestling company out there copying you. This would thus open up the opportunity to establish a new WCW Vs WWF! style feud between the two boasting sales for everyone involved and turning Pro-Wrestling into an Olympic-level sport as well as being professional entertainers. 

    Let’s talk about business models and what’s wonderful for PR. Pro-Wrestling is something that is absolutely above racial, gender, religious, and age discrimination. It’s unethical, it’s worthless, and it isn’t acceptable for Industry. Let’s completely eliminate that from Pro-Wrestling forever once & for all. I already recognize that it is a business that’s unfortunately filled with all kinds of discrimination, but let’s completely remove personal judgment for the prospect of the industry. We should proceed forward in a direction that’s all-comprehensive. The more Face & Heel representations. The more comprehensive, the better. If everybody receives a representation, thus you can produce products for everybody. That’s a basic business strategy that’s guaranteed to work. 

Contracts are immensely essential to Pro-Wrestling and how business is conducted in and out of the ring. It should be acceptable for any Pro-Wrestlers to end their contracts at any time and the enterprise just has a basic Regulation of Ethics in & out of the ring along with being in or out of their persona. 

          I am going to go over the expectations of the corporation first. This is one of the most powerful facts to understand if you’re going to confirm a contract with a corporation of this magnitude. Let’s go over the basics that a new Pro-Wrestling foundation like this one is going to require setting up and maintain the modern system of going about matters. We have previously gone over the concept, So, the corporation would have to provide all of those features. We need to make certain our Superstars are healthy and provide for them everything that’s needed to make sure they keep wrestling at their best. This consists of rest days as well. We know a lot about diets and workout programs to develop our bodies how we require. Providing the best intelligence for Pro-Wrestlers to develop their bodies exactly how they prefer would be an invaluable asset to your corporation. We have Insurance, medical experts, optional housing & transportation, additional education opportunities, Fitness facilities & trainers, an international network, and anything else that can be arranged by the company because their wrestlers are their biggest investments. 

    The company isn’t just giving these things away, there are going to have needs that have to be met by the wrestlers cause this is their career path as well. It’s not one-sided at all. Next, I am going to go over the expectations of wrestlers. If you are going to be a Pro-Wrestler, thus you have to fulfill your obligations to the career, fitness, acting capabilities, safety in & out of the ring, promotions, and everything else that goes with this job. The bonus of this overhaul of a wrestling empire is that everything will be a lot closer cause they can also build studios on-site and the homes they provide can have at-home studios as well. This cuts down on the pressures of time by providing these conveniences. 

    How pay should work in this professional industry? No one should ever have to speculate what their minimum pay is going to be ever. That’s not negotiable. That’s a straightforward business practice. Unlike the alternative pay-systems I have designed, the one for Pro-Wrestling has the same equal principles no matter who is in that position, but there is nevertheless a hierarchy title system. You’ll see what I mean. I also ran into the issue of “what is a formal Pro-Wrestling Education?” I think I have it figured out and will go into further details below. 

        1. Level - There are 3 distinct levels of experience. Rookie anyone under 8 years of experience or still training, amateur is anyone between 8 - 16 years of experience. Pro is over 16 years of experience. It even follows how my payment system increases. (Link to my pay system here) It just provides a level title to years of experience in the business. 

        2. Title - There are 3 different rankings of titles. There is Global (the highest), National (the middle), and Regional (the lowest) titles. The higher up in title ranking, the bigger the wrestler’s bonus. The bonus doesn’t alter unless the ranking changes. So, no matter who holds that title or if there is a different gender or Regional equivalent of a title, whoever is holding that title will be getting the same bonus as anyone else in that title ranking. Now how much of a bonus for each category ranking? 

    Global Rankings will solely be for titleholders. As they fit with the specific rankings of titles. Their stats will be compared to everyone else’s in that title ranking category. It’s not based on a number of 1 to 100, but instead based on the number of titles in that title ranking category. 

        - Global: This is the highest title category there is for now (until we have at least 2+ planets colonized, then it moves to solar systems colonized, Galaxys colonized, etc...). +30,000.00 a month.

        - National: This is the 2nd to the lowest title category. It encompasses all Pro-Wrestling Arenas in a Nation, no matter how many of them there are. +20,000.00 a month.

        - Regional: Covers each individual Pro-Wrestling Arena and will always be the lowest on the categories for titles. +10,000.00 a month.

    You have to go through each individual category one by one. Title matches are always undermined outcome matches. They are where you literally get to shine as a Professional Athlete. But when title matches can happen are determined at specific events only unless the contact that comes with the title says you can offer title matches whenever you want. 

        3. Education is the final category of the payment system. Business is the only part of the industry currently that can use the payment system I designed. It’s the only part of the industry that can use it. So, with that being said, let me explain how we can create a formal Pro-Wrestling education. Currently, there isn’t a formal education for Pro-Wrestling, but that doesn’t mean that it has to remain like that. There is formal education for being a clown, a mine, an actor, a singer, and so much more. Remember what I brought up before about a Pro-Wrestling college? Well, that’s where this is undoubtedly going to come into play as we can establish a modern global standard for Pro-Wrestling and the people who choose to pursue those careers. People are already seeking to do things like this too, they just don’t have the money & resources to create this foundation. Like the WWE! does. This is a long-term investment to the growth of this industry, let’s take it seriously and treat it sincerely.

    With everything that we have talked about till now, I think you can see how Video games & merchandise is going to be a lot simpler than before. With motion-capture technology being able to create accurate 3D models and movements, video games will be able to stay updated easier with Pro-Wrestlers. We can reach out to popular Local & Regional artists for our wrestlers to get their costumes, art, and music from. We can rebuild the company in a way it supports its fans just as much as the fans support them and will be able to keep things going in an economic crisis. 

    Now with all that set up, we will be able to stream live matches online on schedule. For bigger events where championship title holders come together to wrestle it out at live event arenas where we can still fill stadiums and sell merchandise. The WWE! has already done a lot of these changes to they just need to thoroughly invest in making these changes concrete and be able to evolve as times change. It would genuinely be better to embrace these changes now than to try to scramble them together last minute. 

    If I was the WWE! I would pull together everyone in the company including other companies that they have contracts with and start making deals to stop to make changes with guarantees for workers, wrestlers, & products after the change.
