Top value players to help build your lineups on Draftkings and Fanduel
Are you looking to build a winning NBA DFS lineup on DraftKings or FanDuel tonight? Look no further! In this article, we’ll provide you with our NBA DFS Top Value Plays and expert advice to help you create an optimal lineup for tonight’s games. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to NBA DFS, our picks and strategies will give you the edge you need to dominate the competition.
Cam Thomas DK $5,200 – FD $6,500
Ignore Cam Thomas at your own peril. The Brooklyn guard has been on a tear, taking advantage of the recent absences of Kevin Durant, Ben Simmons, Kyrie Irving, and Seth Curry. With a usage rate hovering around 40 percent, Thomas has recorded 58 DraftKings points in consecutive games, an impressive feat for a player priced at $6K.
Despite a price increase after his 44-point performance in 29 minutes, Thomas continues to shine with a 47-point outing on Monday. Though his price may be higher, he still offers exceptional value relative to his expanded role as the top offensive option for the injury-ridden Nets.
If you’re playing cash games, it’s hard to look past Thomas. However, for those playing GPP, fading Thomas could be a wise decision to differentiate your lineup and maximize your potential rewards.

Isaiah Hartenstein DK $4,400 – FD $5,000
Hartenstein is making waves in the NBA and it’s about time that coaches and fans take notice. With Mitchell Robinson out, Hartenstein has proven himself as the top big man on the roster. In his last four games, he’s been playing 32 minutes a night and averaging 29 points per game. Despite limited offensive opportunities, Hartenstein is making the most of his time on the court.
The Magic may want to take note, as they allow the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing big men. Hartenstein is a solid pick for DFS players and a great value at his current prices of $4,400 on DraftKings and $5,000 on FanDuel.
Hartenstein has been a rebounding machine since Robinson went down, grabbing 10 or more boards in four straight games. He provides a solid floor and if you’re lucky enough to catch him on a night where he can scrap out a double-double, the potential upside is massive. Don’t miss out on this underrated big man.
Hawks Value
John Collins DK $5,400 – FD $5,600
It’s uncommon to see Collins priced so low, considering he’s usually near $7,000 and still putting up nearly 30 fantasy points per game. It’s only a matter of time before his price rises on both sites, making him an excellent value pick now. The Hawks face off against the New Orleans Pelicans, who have allowed 120 points in their last 15 games.
De’Andre Hunter DK $5,200 – FD $5,600
Hunter has been logging heavy minutes lately, which is always a positive sign in the world of DFS. He’s been on a hot streak recently, with 6 of his last 7 games resulting in 25+ DraftKings points, including a season-high 26 points against the Utah Jazz. To top it off, he’s recorded a steal in 5 straight games, making him an even more attractive option.
Pelicans Value
Larry Nance Jr. is a Steal
Nance is providing fantastic value for the Pelicans as a versatile big man. He has recorded at least 25 DraftKings points in six consecutive games and is seeing a significant increase in production with the recent injuries to JV and Zion.
This makes him a solid pick at just $5K, and his matchup against the Hawks, who rank seventh in pace and 22nd in points allowed, is not concerning.
Wily Hernangomez – A High-Risk, High-Reward Option
If Jonas Valanciunas is unable to play, Hernangomez could be a fantastic option. He would likely take on the starting center role, playing around 25 minutes. In the eight games he started for JV last year, Hernangomez recorded an impressive 31-point average across 27 minutes per night.
He demonstrated this potential again on Sunday, scoring 50 DK points across 28 minutes. If he can replicate that production, he would be a steal at this sub-$5K price range, especially considering the Hawks’ 23rd ranked defense against opposing centers.
