Once upon a time many people in the world had this thought that women's basketball players were not as beautiful as others. It's sad but true. However as we have shown you since 2020 (check the links at the end of this feature), women's basketball players are beautiful both inside and out. These women set goals in athletics, education and elsewhere. The most important thing is that they accomplish their goals while living a healthy lifestyle which serve as examples to all of us (male and female) that we can all have large dreams and exceed all expectations! We present to you 2022 version of our "Most Beautiful Basketball Players" series.

Madison Jackson - Montana State

Madison Jackson is a 5-9 guard for Montana State, which is off to a 15-9 start. A junior, Jackson has been a reliable three-point shooter over her career. Over her past two season she has made 19 of 42 threes, which is 45.2 percent, in a reserve role. Jackson is shooting a career best 45.8 percent overall from the field. She is knocking down 50 percent of her threes this season. From Nov. 18 to Jan. 22, the Parma, Idaho native didn't miss a three in five games making all six of her three-point attempts.

Kierra Sanderlin - Rutgers

Kierra Sanderlin is a 5-10 guard who is a freshman at Rutgers. A native of Converse, Texas. Currently a reserve she had her best performance against ninth ranked Arizona when she scored scored eight points in eight minutes making three of her four shot attempts. While in high school Sanderlin was one of the best players in Texas. During her career at Judson High, she scored 1,413 career points. As a senior she guided her team to the state final four, with averages of 16.9 points and 4.0 steals per game.

Janay Turner - Norfolk State

Janay Turner is in her first season at Norfolk State. She is finding her way as a contributor on the first place team in the MEAC which has started the season at 10-7. Turner is currently second on the team with 19 made three-point shots. She has drained 11 of those threes in the last three games. In her first 16 games she is averaging 4.1 points but in the last three contests she has posted an average of 11.6 points per game. On the defensive side Turner is also starting to come around. The Spartanettes are 7-0 in games in which she has recorded at least one steal. In the last six games she has recorded 1.5 steals per contest. Turner made an impact in her second game of the season against 17th ranked Ohio State as she scored 11 points, draining three triples on the road.

Brianah Ferby - Marshall

Brianah Ferby is a guard for Marshall. The 5-6 senior guard previously played four seasons at Austin Peay where she was known for her defensive prowess. During the 2020-21 season she averaged a career best two steals per game for Austin Peay which was third best in the Ohio Valley Conference. This season Ferby, a native of Smyrna, Tennessee had her best game for Marshall scoring 20 points with four rebounds and two steals in a win over Florida Atlantic, Jan. 8. Her second best offensive effort came in her debut when she posted 13 points on 4-7 shooting against Bluefield State. Ferby is averaging 8.3 points per game and has scored at least 10 points on nine occasions this season.
