Ayesha Howard Says Anthony Edwards Lied About His Wealth Under Oath, Wants More Money

Anthony Edwards is accused of deliberately hiding his California business operations to avoid paying higher child support.

What’s beef? Beef is when you have to hide your alleged business dealings to avoid paying child support. For Anthony Edwards, this is the gist of the situation in which he finds himself.

After supposedly lying under oath about his business affairs in the state of California, he is now in a bind. The mother of his child, Ayesha Howard, claims that the NBA star did not disclose information about his enterprises in Cali’ because he wanted to avoid paying more in child support.

Howard already has a child with Lil Baby and Edwards has three other children with three separate women. So, how can he get out of this well-cooked beef? He can pay up.

All Edwards has to do is devote his dollars to the child he fathered with Howard. Baby Aubrí deserves to have a beautiful life with her mother and father. What Edwards ought to do is just fess up as well. He may get hit with a perjury charge if the allegations stick. But it will be a relief to him to come forward with the information the court needs to process all of the documents. He has made millions in the NBA and that money rightfully belongs to the mother. Since he couldn’t convince her to put her feet in the stirrups, he should be forking over tremendous cream to satisfy her wants and desires, and oh yeah, pay for their child’s health and wellness.

Edwards has not spoken about any of this and has not negotiated any terms relating to relinquishing any of his assets to settle any debts or relieve any burdens therein. He has not released a statement but it seems as if he will contend with Howard’s legal defense squad. It’s such a pity that young males, especially in Edward’s position of wealth and influence, don’t heed the words of Big Boi of Outkast when he says “better choose the right one or pick…the kiddies up” in the song “International Player’s Anthem (I Choose You).” It’s simple. Either don’t have babies with these women or be prepared to cough up cash to provide for the child.

If the NBA superstar didn’t give himself the chance to tell the truth then, he certainly can come clean now. To avoid further damaging his reputation as a trustworthy human being, he should just declare that he’s got other businesses and keep it at that. There doesn’t have to be a hassle in the courts just so that this woman can get her nails and hair did and get flewed out to various locations to talk about partying and fashion. No, Edwards needs to show that he has dealings in the great state of California and remain on the right side of the law. He wouldn’t be the first person to lie under oath, and he certainly won’t be the last.

What he can do is form a legal team of his own and ensure that every dollar goes towards Aubrí. That has to be paramount. That’s why it’s called child support, not parent support. It’s all about that beautiful little life sucker. She doesn’t even know what world she’s coming to where her father is a megastar and her mother is unmarried and has babies with two different prominent males. That’s the kicker. The reality of this situation is that Edwards is young and still trying to perfect his craft. The added responsibility along with his career is the life of his daughter. He should take this quite seriously if he wants to be a good, selfish person. If he has any care for the hopes and dreams that will arise out of Aubrí, he should be aware of the fact he has the wherewithal to offer her a life that very few children ever experience.

His abilities on the court should lead him to face consequences in the court of law. The same amount of truth in which he plays should reflect his character and integrity in both realms. When it all falls down, he might have to pay a fine or do time if the allegations remain true. But that all hinges upon the intestinal fortitude that should be exhibited by Edwards. His ability to score, rebound, and assist should be a concern just for the sound of the roaring crowd and for his stat sheets. Edwards obviously can’t keep it in his pants or at least wrap it up as it has been alleged that he impregnated an Instagram model named Paige Jordae. He offered her $100,000 to get an abortion. Edwards has not discussed this matter any further.
