In just two weeks, the price of Pepe has skyrocketed by 25,000%, and since being listed on centralized exchanges, it has gone up by 1,000%.

Today, the token is up by 80%, and Bybit short positions are set to pay 0.75% funding to longs on Friday's daily open.

During the previous crypto bull run, Shiba Inu's market capitalization reached around $40 billion, surpassing Deutsche Bank's valuation, and Floki Inu hit a market cap of $2.5 billion.

The question remains whether Pepe can sustain its upward momentum and exceed a $1 billion market cap, currently sitting at $820 million.

Having surpassed FLOKI, the only meme coins ahead of Pepe in the charts are SHIB with a market cap of $5.8 billion and Dogecoin with $10.9 billion.
