What’s This All About

Let me first introduce myself, Tamara Robinson, I’m a single parent, writer, truck driver, mechanic, computer and cellphone geek, entrepreneur, African American, bisexual, spiritual, crazy ass, democratic, liberal, amongst other things. In my writings, this being my first here on Vocal, I will cover many topics and we will have many discussions on pressing topics and as well as touch on things of a more relaxed nature. I am both a poet and storyteller. I can entertain and inform you. Please visit often and even if you don’t read my work, read someone’s. Everyone has a story that relates to the life of someone else’s. We as a people must revisit the teachings, places, and things that made us who we are today, as we can’t always revisit the people.

Some points to ponder... the US election is coming up. People are finally realizing the power of a unified vote. Amidst the numerous idiotic, self-serving blunders, 45 wants to be re-elected.

Another viewpoint. Mother Earth is exhausted. Due to over population, increased demand for natural resources, minimal exercises in place to replenish what is being taken, and man-made systems trying recreate natural processes, Mother Nature is raging with out of control.

Covid-19 a purge? Maybe... The purpose of this article is to simply bring you back to one. Number one, look at the facts, we’re draining the economy and the earth. It wouldn’t at this point be ludicrous to believe that this is some type of purge. Be it natural or human-created. Besides they did have prior knowledge of it’s impeding danger long before its arrival. Number two how would such a pandemic help both agendas? Less people, less strain on a dying earth. I know that sounds crazy but ask yourself, hasn’t Mother Earth seemed a little bit out of control lately? I mean like to the 9th power! Also look at elections, most people under duress will be more apt to band together than take sides. Underneath the crippling hold of a pandemic, who is going to be attentive enough for new leadership to govern? And lastly in the midst of the pandemic killing hundreds of thousands, and still no definite cure, you (the government and some officials to include 45) want us to believe it’s safe for us to go back to work, business as usual with some modifications. I think not.

Suggestions... why not continue the quarantine to the extent of 90 days, use government support to help the people maintain, and get financial institutions to forego mortgages and loans until end of Quarantin? Help the econom and better ensure our overall safety without unnecessary stress. You want to help us ? All us this time to heal and reconnect with our families and communitie, as we have seldom had time to do anyways. But now as you all can see, Mother Nature is demanding it! And I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to wrestle with Mother Nature. The outcome can be brutal to say the least. Open your eyes and ears. America, what’s going on is exactly what it looks like, tyranny and because of greed and ignorance to the signs of nature’s warning, we’re almost to bankrupt our most precious supplier, Mother Earth.

Ramblings maybe... but factual. Realign with your family and personal values and find humbleness within you. It’s necessary to overcome what’s happening right now and in the future to come.
