Unknown Agony how epigentics play a part in our lives

So before we get into the heart of today’s article there are a few terms I want everybody to understand and see. They will be essential to understanding what this article is about

What is Epigenetics?

Epigenetics literally means "above" or "on top of" genetics. It refers to external modifications to DNA that turn genes "on" or "off." These modifications do not change the DNA sequence, but instead, they affect how cells "read" genes.

What are those “external modifications” you ask? Your environment! Where you grew up, who you grew up around, what you ate, how you were raised, how you were treated etc. (How nurture shapes nature)Epigenetic processes lead to individual differences in your appearance, it literally affects everything about you! Your Physiology, cognition, and behavior or the group of traits known to most as the phenotype.Behavioral epigenetics is the study of how signals from the environment trigger molecular biological changes that modify what goes on in your brain cells.

Now that we understand what epigenetics is let’s look into how this directly affects us now. Like right now even as you are reading this! The first case study of epigenetic memory went back 14 generations. A generation is defined as 25-30 years and slavery was “abolished” in 1865. So that’s about what 5-6 generations and that was only the first case study. The case studies that followed showed that epigenetic memory went back as far 20-25 generations ago.

The pain, anger, rage, depression, torture, forced incest, forced killings, rappings,(women and men) When a slave wouldn’t comply there were many cases where the white man would bring him out in front of everyone and rape him. Women would get experimented on with tools, rapped, have their babies cut from their stomaches while they were being hung! Very fucking grotesque. I say this to paint the picture of the trauma and agony that our ancestors faced every single day. Post traumatic slave syndrome is the byproduct of epigenetic memory/behavior.

It’s safe to say that a lot of our ancestors suffered from depression, high anxiety, paranoia, self hatred and hatred for those who look like them, and many other mental illnesses due to the environment.

The “house slave” and “field slave” caused jealousy, black people wanted to be lighter of skin because it was closer to white and they thought they would be treated fairly because of that.

This is peer reviewed science and I stress that because a lot of discoveries and break throughs are discussed in these articles. For the most past the mainstream media hardly ever covers any of these subjects.

Peer review science has become an essential component of the academic writing process. It helps ensure that papers published in scientific journals answer meaningful research questions and draw accurate conclusions based on professionally executed experimentation.

Several Dr.’s noting that systematic healing is needed for the hundreds of years of trauma

I am not a therapist but I think it’s clear with the information that I have presented above that my people are in need of healing from wounds they might not even beware of. I would also like to point out that research into Epigenetics has been around since the 1940s but recent advancements in the study of it by

Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joy Degruy and others have made this a popular topic again. As previously stated epigenetics affects pretty much everything in our lives.

Trans-generational epigenetic memory, or some people call it PTSD, it’s not interchangeable but they share a lot of the same characteristics. Unknowingly walking around with trauma from our ancestors from generations ago. This should put a lot of things into perspective and stress the importance of knowing our background and history.

Some people may have heard of PTSD before or epigenetics but I wanted to bring the peer reviewed science in. I’m not pointing the finger at the white man and crying victim, what I am doing is pointing what other people have done to undermine minds. Very quick example, the CIA bought drugs and guns into L.A. While they simultaneously were creating the war on drugs. This is classic problem, reactor solution tactics. Create the problem because you know the reaction and come with the solution for the problem that you initially caused. There’s a TV show on FX called “Snowfall” it’s based on true events of the CIA bringing drugs into America, specifically LA. There’s also a movie called “kill the messenger “ based on the story Gary Webb. After some back and forth and his reputation being tarnished. What do you think happens when you go against the CIA? He wrote a book exposing the CIA called dark alliance. People discredited him but then later his thesis was found to be true. Shortly after that he was found with two bullets in the back is his head. The police ruled it a suicide, you do the math.

So let me ask you a question? If scientist know this don’t you think politicians, marketers, and people in the entertainment industries know this and use it to play on our emotions. So I’ve presented a lot of problems but of course there are always solutions. So if we have this knowledge that Black people have been tormented by epigenetic memories we can do something about it now. A big part of any of problem is knowing there is one and your attitude towards it. So if your dna and genes can carry negative thoughts through out the generations then it mostly certainly can carry positive ones as well.

The world follows the trends set by black people in America, they love our culture but hate us. Use this knowledge to make a change, they always say it runs in the family, well guess what? This is where the run ends! Our ancestors passed us down tenacity, will power, strength, style, charisma and a never say die attitude. Whether it’s in our great ancient past or in the modern day time black people are and will always be Innovators and creators.

From Imhotep to Dr. Sebi they might try their best to discredit us but the deeper you dig the blacker this planet gets!

My expectancy in writing this article is my people to do a deep dive into their history into the culture of ancient all the way up to now. Knowing that people expect us to fail, try to make us fail and some people think it’s in our DNA to fail. If this doesn’t light a fire under your ass, I don’t know what will. Then again some of us do have the dna of our ancestors that sold us out so our so there you go.

Melanin in movement is one of the most captivating things in the world! We can take what Michael Jordan did on the basketball court and do it in our classrooms in our business and our families. The way we treat each other and the way we talk to each other. This is our jubilee year, fresh off the 99th anniversary of black Wall Street. The etymology of corona is the sun! The sun is very active with a recent rise in sun spots, information is transferred through the sun. We are the people of the sun, children of the sun this is our time, our calling, our year, our planet! I love you my beautiful black people don’t be slave to your past but rather the master to your future!
