Red Summer
Red summer is an aggressive snap shot of the summer of 2020, let’s unpack it. Historically the “red summer” was one of the deadliest race riots recorded. Black soldiers thought because they fought for the idea of Americanism that they will be greeted with a loving arms upon their return, sadly that was not the case.

One year of Wednesday Night Dynamite
One year ago today in Washington D.C., I was there live to see the debut for AEW’s Wednesday Night Dynamite. I’ve been a pro wrestling fan for over 20 years, (25 to be exact) and I’m 32 years young to give you some perspective. Wrestling has influenced me in so many areas of my life, I owe so much to it. My mother loved wrestling as well, her favorite wrestler was the Undertaker. Those are some of my most cherished memories of my life watching a WWF PPV on a spring Sunday evening spending time with my mommy.

30 days on Vitamin C-Moss
What is Vitamin C-Moss? Vitamin C-Moss is 1000mg of Vitamin C, 600mg of seamoss, and 400mg of green tea. The body utilizes Vitamin C to make tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C is also used to maintain cartilage, heal wounds, and to form scar tissue. It is important to know that the body is not able to make vitamin C on its own, so make sure to eat foods or take supplements that provide it in your diet.

Bridging The Gap
I just turned 32 on June 16th. That was the first time I can recall my father ever saying “Happy Birthday.” Hmm..well he texted me and didn’t say “Happy Birthday,” he just acknowledged that it was my birthday. Take your wins where you can get them (slaps knee with laughter.)

44+ days on GoldEwater
What is Goldewater? Goldewater is a supplement made of .9999% pure gold particles that remain suspended in pure water. The small gold particles are several times the diameter of gold atoms themselves. The metallic nature of gold allows for a process called surface plasmon resonance (SPR). That’s when light interacts with the surface of gold nanoparticles; the larger particle. Goldewater is a true colloidal, because the gold content is contained entirely in the particles. Nano Gold has no taste and is pure gold mixed in pure water. Colloidal Gold is not a drug and only acts as a mineral supplement.

The light in Dark Side of The Ring
What is Dark Side of the Ring? Dark side of the ring is a show on Vice that pulls back the proverbial curtain on the brutal and beautiful world of professional wrestling. Even if you are not a fan of pro wrestling this enthralling show will keep you engaged. The stories will give you a new found respect for it and for some it will further inflame their old wrestling stereotypes. For fans it’s a cornucopia of new perspectives into familiar stories or forgotten legends of yesteryear introduced to a new generation of fans.

Heart and Brain
Follow your heart but bring your brain along with you. I’m sure all of us have heard that term one time or another in our lives. People say that but when you really think about it, that’s not how most of us were taught in the west.(western hemisphere)

All day and a night
All day and a night written and directed by Joe Robert Cole was released on Netflix May 1, 2020. My visceral reaction was this story is raw ugly and beautiful. This story under different circumstances has happened many times and is going on right now in real life. While serving a life sentence Jahkor Abraham Lincoln(Ashton Sanders) reflects on his life, family, friends, circumstances and system that lead him towards his crime.

Empty arena wrestling
Do you remember how it felt when you heard that ALL public activities were suspended? That dreaded oh no feeling! Like a WWE superstar going to Vince and getting his attention/time pitching a great story for a major push and then they sneeze. It was about 12 days from AEW: “Blood and Guts” in Newark, New Jersey on March 25th. I was selfishly pissed off because I had tickets and I didn’t understand the magnitude of the situation at the time. NJPW for obvious reasons were the first to close down in the wrestling world while both WWE and AEW decided to move forward with empty arenas.
