The joy of every worker is to see the result of their respective works regardless of their field. There was really no adequate produce, not all farmers were able to move out of their houses, their respective customers as well had been locked indoors due to the pandemic, how will our food producers survive?

A lot of times i have always wondered and looked at every farmer i come across, and i cannot but wonder how hard they must have worked to make different farm produce available. Over the period of the pandemic, a whole lot was wrong. Every single individual had to stay indoors, and there was virtually no one to work on our farms, the fresh produce from the farm was limited all because of the pandemic. If you ask me i would say i don't blame every farmer but i really do appreciate them because really no one wants to be affected by the virus, no one wants to die. So they had no choice but to stay indoors. I ask myself again, how then have they been able to feed themselves and their respective families? In a situation when a farmer hasn't risen up to the point where he can run a commercial type of farming, and he is relying on the subsistence type of farming, how would he cope with all?

Down here in Africa where i am from, Agriculture is one of the biggest sectors of my country Nigeria relies on. Agriculture holds a huge percentage of our GDP (Gross Domestic Products). The country cannot exempt Agriculture out of its sectors, because it is the money the nation needs. Nigeria exports cocoa and all other farm produce. But last year's pandemic was heartbreaking as there was a lot of limit of farm produce circulating the economy not to talk of the nation sending out as exportation.

The joy of every farmer is to see their crops or plantations germinate. There is actually no better feeling than to see your hard work produce great results. Productivity is the satisfaction of every worker or laborer. The best moment in a farmer's plantation journey is to see and experience the adequate amount of water, and sunlight smiling on each of his plants. It is actually not an easy task after going through the clearing of the farm, tilling of the soil, and sourcing out for the right plantation to be on the tilled soil, planting each seed, and then it goes all the way to monitoring the plants and getting rid of all unwanted plants around leading to constant check-up by the farmer. It is also essential to know that all crops or plants have got a different time for maturity. In all the hard work done by the farmer the patience to wait till maturity is the real deal in all that was done earlier.

The role of the government in creating the happiness the farmers require must be held in higher esteem, they should practically enjoy more funds and support from the government. There should always be the availability of loans to every farmer in need of it. Food is essential for all to function. Support from all stakeholders in the economy should also be given to all farmers. To be practically honest with ourselves, they have been the ones feeding us not the other way round. The farmer's happiness, The ready markets for every farm produce produced gives every farmer great joy and happiness. When they see a visible market for their produce they forget all the stress they had gone through to make their products available. We all have to rise and support all farmers as they are really contributing to our economy and economic growth much better than what we all know.

Make all farmers happy.
