The Civil Rights movement necessarily involves ongoing progress in society and law regarding various types of "minority" groups; in the American political system today, clearly represented by the Democratic Party.

First, I think we need to clear up some falsehoods within our community:

1. The falsehood that Caucasian (or "white") Democratic women are not in need of Civil Rights advancements. Certainly, women's concerns from the right to vote to the right to work have always been a driving force in the Civil Rights Movement. Eleanor Roosevelt, wife of wartime president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was a key personality in adding the Social Security Administration to American society, all the way up to the welfare state of Lyndon Johnson's "Great Society" in the 1960s.

2. The falsehood that minority interests and Republican Party interests can no longer coincide. While there are very few minority Americans who can truly relate to billionaire President Trump, those of us who hold on to our faith, or want to return to our faith, might certainly seek some connection to Mike Pence's Bible Belt voting bloc.

The material objectives of political and social equality are always the causes of conflict. One group always claiming that their property is being taken by the other. The conclusion being that oppression is a better strategy than equality.

In recent years, I have come to believe that the particular cause of property disputes amounts to the ownership of people themselves, which is actually totally illegal in our society.

Certainly, for me, the purpose of owning property would be to improve my personal life. When others own the people with who I would like to freely associate, they can best be described as slaveholders.

For the Civil Rights movement, I think the best strategy is not to keep litigating Civil War issues, but to realize that the Democratic coalition of peoples can primarily aspire to the enjoyment of the company of our coalition partners, whereas the Republican Party remain the Political Party representing correct behavior and big money.

This is not to say that each of us does not have a blend of these three aspirations, but rather I wonder, for example, why would a Democratic male need to join the Republican Party to improve his personal relations with Democratic women?

Ultimately, with the constant traps created by slaveowners and political bosses, we cannot keep fighting each other over who is more loyal to our collective oppressors. If the elites would starve their slaves of every enjoyment of life to continue reminding us of their political supremacy, then certain closure of public bars and high-priced restaurants can be affirmed to have been the proper policy.

In my mind, in the context of my Christian religious studies, which I describe in the more inclusive term "earthfaith", the next step in Civil Rights evolution is where anyone, regardless of their outer appearance, can find a path towards the material rewards controlled by the governing forces of this world.

As I mentioned in another article on the Vocal Media platform, modern technology allows us to carefully evaluate words, feelings, viewpoints, attitudes, in the context of personal development.

Just as every child must crawl before they walk, every American goes through a series of ideas about our polity. The real problem, ultimately, will not be who has the biggest bank account, but rather how far along is an individual in contributing to and understanding our collective objective as a world community.

At that point, we might even reconsider how we distribute financial reqards in our world, but, as a coalition underappreciated peoples. let us begin with the only objective we can possibly have: to enjoy each other's companionship, regardless of the cost of the date.
