>Wait a few more hours and record the changes in your face in the notebook.

How to Understand Dry Skin Type?

After the washing test, people with dry skin tissue feel tightness and dryness in their skin. In addition, the skin may have a dull and flaky appearance. The most important reason for this is that the amount of sebum that gives moisture to the skin is low in dry skin tissue. After the washing test, the itching sensation increases on the skin and fine lines may become more visible.

If you have dry skin, you can use intense moisturizers that increase the moisture content of the skin and avoid showering, especially with hot water. You can also opt for alcohol-free skin care products.

How to Understand Oily Skin?

Oily skin may have a matte appearance after the washing test. But after a while, a shiny and oily appearance occurs on the skin. When you wipe your face with a handkerchief, you can easily see the traces of oil on the handkerchief.

The reason for the oily appearance on the skin is that the skin cells produce more sebum than the skin needs. In people with oily skin, wrinkles are less visible on the skin, but the skin pores are wide. The fact that the skin pores are large prepares the ground for the formation of acne, acne and blackheads.

If you have oily skin, you can use facial cleansers that remove excess oil from the skin and choose oil-free moisturizers to ensure the moisture balance of the skin.

How to Understand Combination Skin?

Combination skin after the washing test may look normal at the initial stage. However, within a few hours, the forehead, nose and chin area, called the T region, begin to gain a greasy appearance. The cheeks look dry or normal. Mixed skin is quickly affected by seasonal conditions, stress or hormone imbalance. It is very important to clean the face effectively and use the right skin care products.

How to Understand Sensitive Skin?

Sensitive skin is characterized by a feeling of burning, itching and bitterness after a wash test. The skin of people with sensitive skin can be dry, oily, normal or mixed. Regardless of the skin type, if it is sensitive, redness, itching or drying sensation may be experienced when exposed to any external factor. At the same time, sensitive skin can also be considered as a symptom of any skin condition.

If you have sensitive skin, you can first go to the dermatologist and determine if there is an underlying cause that triggers the sensitivity. If you have allergic skin, you can opt for perfume-free, anti-allergy products. So, how to fix damaged skin? As with all other skin types, you should take care to moisturize your skin correctly.

How to Understand Normal Skin?

Normal skin after the wash test does not create a feeling of tightness or irritation. After a few hours have passed, the skin tone has a clear and smooth appearance. With normal skin type, sebum production is balanced. Sebum is produced in the amount that the skin needs, so the skin has a look that is neither too dry nor too oily. The skin should be cleaned regularly with appropriate products to maintain its natural balance and the skin barrier should be supported by using the appropriate moisturizer
