The release of Fanatics MLB Stars and Stripes Collection has arrived

With weeks away from America's 250th birthday, Fanatics recently released their MLB Stars and Stripes Collection. All players in the league will wear America-themed jerseys and hats during their games on July 4th in honor of this country's birthday. Both of these items will have a USA 250 patch on them. You can tap the link within this story to check out your team and the rest of the team's apparel.

Texas Rangers New Era USA 250 Fourth of July 59FIFTY Fitted Hat

First and foremost, I absolutely love the cream and navy color scheme. They blend and coexist together perfectly. The gold outline of the Texas Rangers logo is excellent, and the American flag embedded inside of it is chef's kiss. The red, white, and blue stripe above the brim of the hat is great. Finally, the USA 250 patch left side of the hat is the true example of why baseball is America's pastime. I was scrolling through my Instagram feed and ran into Fanatics post about this collection, tagging MLB in it. In case you didn't know, there's different hat designs released yearly in time for the 4th of July. As far as this year's Stars and Stripes Collection, the comments on the aforementioned post were mostly negative, with many weren't feeling the new designs, while a small group of people liked them. I recently ordered one and I'll post a review on it here once it arrives to me.

One last thing to add about this hat is thaat the words Est. 1776 is underneath the brim of it, which adds a golden touch. Plus, the inside of the hat displaying the American flag also compliments it well.

Corey Seager Texas Rangers Nike USA 250 Fourth of July Home Stadium Jersey

The second and final item I'll be going over is this Corey Seager jersey. I buy jerseys at least once a year, due to the price of it. If I'm able to purchase this jersey, it would be my first stadium jersey since 2024. That year, I bought three jerseys, with two of them being home jerseys of Max Scherzer and Corey Seager, having the 2023 World Series Champions patch on the sleeves. The third jersey was a gold-trimmed Corey Seager 2023 World Series Champions Rangers jersey. I bought other World Series gear, such as hats, t-shirts, and stuff to place on my living room wall. Yes, I was in World Series mode at the time. Ok, I've completely gone off track. Anyway, going back to the jersey on here. Let's start with the back of the jersey. It has Corey's last name in red font, which compliments the jersey well. Also, the American flag embedded inside his jersey number is right on the money. Finally, the USA 250 patch is on the right sleeve of the jersey. The front of the jersey that says Rangers would be more presentable if the American flag was also embedded inside the script, just like the jersey number. Overall, the jersey looks great. At a price of nearly $200, this will be my next must-have item. That is, if I can afford it. Baseball jerseys, without a doubt, are expensive for many people. However, if you can afford one, especially a USA 250 jersey of your favorite team, that's great. The price of baseball jerseys may cause some people to experience sticker shock, but to us baseball fans, owning one is like putting on a cape. It's almost like a status symbol. In the Instagram post I mentioned earlier that one person commented that he couldn't wait to buy the fake version of these jerseys. You might think that it was satire, but back in 2024, I bought the aforementioned gold-trimmed Corey Seager jersey from a site for less than $100. It was money well spent and I wouldn't describe it as fake. It was more like medium tier and fit my budget to a T. If you are going to purchase a jersey for a fraction of the price, please be careful. make sure it's a legitimate site before you purchase one. Also, check the logos and finally, Yankees and Red Sox jerseys will never have names of players on the back of them, so remember that. Sure, people may clown you for not purchasing "a real baseball jersey", but don't listen to them. Buy a jersey that's within your budget and are comfortable spending money on one.
