1. Veggie Momos:

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup chopped cabbage

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup chopped onion

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon black pepper powder.

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt to make a smooth dough.

In another bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, onion, salt, and black pepper powder.

1/2 cup chopped onion

In another bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, salt, and black pepper powder.

3. Paneer Momos:

1/2 cup crumbled paneer

1/2 cup chopped onion

In another bowl, mix crumbled paneer, onion, salt, and black pepper powder.

Roll the dough into small circles.

Add 1 tablespoon of the paneer mixture on the center of the circle.

Fold the circle into a half-moon shape and pinch the edges.

Steam the momos for 8-10 minutes.

Serve hot with mint chutney.

4.Spinach and Cheese Momos:

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt to make a smooth dough.

In another bowl, mix chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper powder.

Roll the dough into small circles.

Add 1 tablespoon of the spinach and cheese mixture on the center of the circle.

Fold the circle into a half-moon shape and pinch the edges.

Repeat until all the dough and filling are used up.

Steam the momos for 8-10 minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Optional step: You can also pan-fry the momos after steaming to give them a crispy texture. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, and fry the momos until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
