During my stay in Gandia, a coastal town in Valencia, Spain, I received my landlord, a Ukrainian who spoke Russian, and one day shared with me his favorite organic German beer with excellent taste. I seem to have asked the landlord whether it is dark beer, and added that beer in Germany and Belgium is also good, with my only experience in drinking beer. I deeply know that when I say this, it is only to open the topic. Then, somehow, the conversation turned to Tequila, which I had never tried before.

Later, I talked with a friend in Spain about the experience of drinking Tequila, and the friend in Spain said, Yes, first lick salt with your tongue, then drink tequila, and then bite a lemon slice. I remember the landlord recommended cheese with lemon slices instead of licking salt. Listen to me, my friend is a little surprised, but it may be better to not deny this drinking method. Tequila is distilled liquor, which is extracted from the juice of tequila. It seems that translating tequila will bring out its essence. However, sticking out your tongue and tapping the salt particles, although it seems to me to be a sexy and provocative way of drinking, does not contain indecent or erotic ingredients at all. The name of this wine always reminds drinkers to touch the wine with their tongues before they can taste the deep tequila.

Tequila, in Spain, also refers to Cazalla as an alcohol. This Mexican-made wine, the landlord has never disclosed more sources of the drinking method he suggested. He is a man who cares about his health and doesn't like drinking. One day, I opened a small storage room in the corner of the kitchen, which contained vodka from Russia, Ukrainian wine and whisky. I took out the wine to observe it and put it back. His favorite is always organic German beer in the refrigerator, which is so gentle and non-lethal, and hardly contains alcohol for good drinkers. Wine from Ukraine and Russia, or deepened the identity and national identity of wanderers living in a foreign land, played a sad thought that comfort took root. I still remember that when I was studying in Oslo, I brought Erguotou, a small bottle bought from Beijing, nominally to resist the cold in daily diet, and actually to comfort my study career in a foreign land. Because, the beautiful fragments that once mingled with friends in Songzhuang still exist in a certain corner of my mind.

After drinking tequila for the first time, I still can't taste the personality of the wine, but I like it very much. Smell is something that can't be deceived. Some things emit unique flavor, which can only be experienced by you alone. If you change to others, it will have a completely different taste. Tequila smells pungent, and the breath touches the eyes or causes discomfort, but it does not hurt the throat.

If tongue licking salt and lemon slice as the end of wine tasting are not enough to highlight its personality, then, or we can say that agave's personality lies in the process of making people think hard but not necessarily gain something. Its advantage is that it has penetrated the mouthpiece and landed in the stomach, but it has not caused any adverse reactions. Of course, the premise is not much alcohol. Salt grains and lemon slices or cheese are used as wine companions, which play the role of stealing concepts with wine. When you bite the lemon, the protagonist has already quit the stage, and the lingering sound is the slight drunkenness of the Si people.

If you like Tequila, you undoubtedly prefer the tangled twigs and leaves when drinking. Which salt is better, how to cut cheese is the most suitable, bite lemon slices, and how to be fastidious? Most wines pay attention to matching with the main course, and the amount of dishes is numerous. Tequila is still matched with lemon slices and cheese. It can be thought that tequila is unique in that it pays attention to the subtleties of seasoning, and the way of accompanying wine is sui generis. Just like the two methods suggested by Spanish friends and Russian landlords, you can choose between nuances, and then you feel it is special. In the end, how to taste wine becomes one's preference and choice.

As the saying goes, wine does not make people drunk, and in each of us, there is a Tequila that makes us drunk.
