Ingredients:
1 kg pork, cubed
2 onions, chopped

2 green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 sprigs curry leaves
Salt, to taste
Oil, for cooking
Instructions:
In a large pan, heat some oil and add the onions. Fry until they are translucent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes until fragrant.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add the pork cubes and mix well. Cook until the pork is browned on all sides.
Add enough water to cover the pork and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the pork is cooked and tender.
Add the coconut milk, curry leaves, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve hot with rice or bread.

Instructions:
In a pan, heat some coconut oil and add the pork pieces. Cook on medium heat until the pork releases its juices and turns brown.
Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add some more coconut oil and sauté the onions until they turn translucent.
Add the green chilies, ginger, and garlic, and sauté for a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add the cooked pork to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the curry leaves and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Fry for a minute.
Add beef and salt, and mix well with the masala.
Add water as required, close the pressure cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles or until the beef is tender.
Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and cook on low flame until the gravy becomes thick.
Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice, roti, or bread.
